      Yeah leeds are better than arsenal and im saying this as an arsenal fan. And i agree with Roy good coaches are stubborn, reminds me of wenger, refused to change his believes so we got rid of him and look where arsenal is now meanwhile wenger was beating 2008 Milan with a strikeforce of chamakh and bendtner.

      Wouldn't be hard, this season anyway, players at Arsenal exept for a few are only there to collect a paycheck, have been saying that for ages and everyone blames the manager.

      @@Smsg-oi4lc Wenger is a finished dinosaur, get a grip. He’s partly the reason why we’re in this mess, signing overpaid, gutless non committal players, with his socialist wage policy. So open your God damn eyes. Talking about beating Milan was an actual achievement. The man got to one CL final then got battered year on year out.

    • @snakeplissken6789
      @snakeplissken6789 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think your wrong, I believe he would have got a system working eventually and Arsenal would be up there, they need players willing to play for the badge and that left when Wenger left.

    • @Smsg-oi4lc
      @Smsg-oi4lc 3 ปีที่แล้ว +19

      @@slaveofthealmighty With the money we had even being consistently in the cl was great. We had no funds from 2006 till around 2012 when we finally signed giroud poldi and santi. You gotta realise wenger was signing the likes of squilacci and an ageing mikael sylvester and keeping us in a fight for the league at times. The mans man management was amazing, players like song and hleb were never the same after they left wengers arsenal. He ran a top 4 club on youth alone and not to mention auba was very much a wenger signing so if it wasnt for his descisions in the market arsenal would probably have been where they are now a season or 2 ago. Even then at the end he built a good cup team that would come online and bring home an FA cup if nothing else. We survived off that man and now hes gone and people still cant see it.

    Glad they havent followed Sheffield and west broom in their “play it safe” football. Implementing the style you want, get the right profile over however many windows needed, Leeds ain’t got the funds to play 1v1 footy cos most top10 teams will beat them like that. Positives are the footballs entertaining for the fans and it will keep them up in the PL, they’re only going to continue to grow just like Leicester

    Bielsa is a genius and a true gentlemen of the football world. He has worked wonders at Leeds, he deserves a lot of credit and respect. Leeds play and train with incredible intensity I'm very surprised that along with a heavy schedule they don't have a higher number of injured players. As a neutral, I enjoy watching his Leeds play, if they had a few more quality players they could make a challenge for a top 6 position.

    Why does everyone “love the way they play” people acting like it’s prime barca.. it’s shocking it’s literally we will score more than you attitude.. which is fine but not when you’re Leeds.
    Just found these stats sums my point up perfect.
    Leeds United has scored a total of 24 goals this season.
    • Leeds United has conceded a total of 30 goals this season.
    • Leeds United scores a goal every 53 min
    • Leeds United concedes a goal every 42 min

    To be honest if they keep playing like this they will be relegated, they stayed many years in the lower league for a reason, they are short of premier league quality. So now that they have been found out it will be difficult to keep playing one demention, Norwich was the same, they trash Man city and from then they were found out and in the end relegated.

    Nice to hear this coming from Roy Keane in particular. And Leeds have proven him right. They've done better than most expected and have beaten some top teams as well. Bielsa has not only provided entertaining football, but he's also made Leeds United a name that people think of more positively (given the age-old hatred for the club). I've heard positive comments coming in from fans of all EPL clubs. First season back and they're clearly going to stay up. If they'd had a huge money striker to play alongside Bamford, they'd probably be challenging for a top 6 finish this season. I hope Bielsa stays at Leeds and continues his vision of what he'd like them to be.

      This style is not new. Bielsa has used it all his managing career. Part of the reason for it's recent success at Leeds is the board of directors support and belief in Bielsa's vision.
