Leg training boosts testosterone more than other training.

Body fat is easy to lose when you're around 20% or more... when you're below 20% it just takes discipline, patience and will. I think it's because of the diet, because when you're 20%+ body fat you just fix the diet and so it's normal to see faster progress than when you're below 20%

Pretty spot on, a simple diet change alone can drop a few KGs and make someone far closer to a lean percentage then they first thought.

With my experience I lost body fat just by increasing the time spent on the gym and simply mantein my diet (eating healthy, 5 meals a day, etc.), so I made the caloric deficit with doing more gym, instead of the 200/300 calories deficit with diet. I think it's healtier in this way, because you'll feel stronger, you won't have any appetite during the day and you're on fire every moment

@Fdd.goes.hlwd. Doing it that way definitely makes it easier to get in all your macros/micros, if you drop the calories by 200/300 it can be quite difficult maintaining a well rounded diet, but to be fair it does equal less time in the gym which could suit some men.

One thing I am absolutely blessed with is my neck size naturally. I'm 6'0 with a 32 waist and 16.5" neck circumference so while I could perhaps train my neck it would only be for marginal gain if not hinder me overall

@@nananyantakyi1549 Yh idk actually, I fit a 16 1/2" shirt so my neck is actually 15.5-16", so I might train it a little

Having your neck at that high level, so in line with the jaw, is great unless you're not big or if it creates disharmony with your small or untrained skinny body

Yeah some people naturally have 'athletic' builds, even if they don't put in much effort.

No mention of the lower body. A man loses desirability if he has chicken, short legs, or a bony butt.

Losing fat isn’t hard…. I usually walk around between 12 and 14 percent. I get closer to twelve when I pm getting ready for a beach vacation or a special occasion where I know I’ll take pictures.

Does face peak at a lower body fat % than body? Would going 8-10% be better overall?

The face and body tend to work in harmony for bodyfat percentages, but it's important to note that we all have different bodyfat distribution and the male face usually fully leans out around age 25.

A natural can never maintain or go lower than 10% without health issues especially if you have muscle

For me, 12-15% will be ideal for having good size mixed with definition. Much doable to maintain your mass, strength, and leanness in that bodyfat percentage range.

It’s so funny that most red pill guys call black pill ‘doomer’. It really is the real red pill and is the most motivating as gives tangible goals.

I've been trying to achieve the Grecian ratio for a while I'm currently at 1.51 shoulder to waist maybe 15-17 percent body fat at 238 lbs 6'1''

      You're definitely not 15 to 17% at 238lb 6'1, unless you're on strds
