    The best exercise to fix problems with hip flexors is `The Bridge` or ` The Bend back`.
    Look up ``The Bridge`` by `Convict Conditioning`.

    on the other hand, another function of the abdominals is posterior pelvic tilt. therefore when hanging with the les straight (like a hollow hold), you are isometrically hindering PPT. So isnt it still an ab exercise, if done properly?
