    As Betty Edwards enumerated:
Perceive the, Edges, Negative Spaces, Relationships and Proportions, Chiaroscuro (light:Dark; Illuminated:Obscured; tangible:ethereal) & Gestalt.
Seen in Drawing on the Artist Within & then accreted into revisions of Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain.

I like this video, but I personally think it's better to phrase the 2nd framework as "Followers vs. Innovators".The main reason is I've seen many great leaders that achieve tremendous results simply by doubling down on what has already been proven.

What do you think about this "data-driven" leadership? Let me know in the comments!

Wholeheartedly agree with the concept, that data should informed you not lead you. Especially when you try something new. Let the data from your experiments show you the clues, while also create a safe space and being open for some unexpected things that might crossed from unimaginable angles (Love the Madonna and Vogue experiments as your example).
And glad you decide to create your own youtube genre, something that I never knew I needed and enjoy to listen too often. ❤❤❤

It's such a unique thing to think about. We need to be more critical of our thinking and take it in.

Great video! I face the same challenges as a TH-camr in your example about follower vs. leader.

Data-Driven Leadership from a Maori Tribal Perspective: We have traditional knowledge or data that has been passed down, is qualitative and serves as our foundation, or tikanga. Modern data, by contrast, is generally quantitative. For our tribal leaders, data-driven leadership is not just about adopting modern tools but meshing these in such a way that it aligns with our tribal values, and traditions and tells a story 😀

Great way to describe data-driven leadership with the perspective of time! This is so relevant to tacit knowledge vs explicit knowledge as well. Love it!!

you win because you actually think about data around you and can discern it from own data

Aww @no one cares . . . You are endlessly fascinating, Vicky. Thank you for having the courage and determination to share, also being an inspiration. The me too crowd will never inovate, they have no creativity because they lack work ethic and courage. Kind thoughts and admiration always.

    FoAr me, (O_o)7
I'm usually dealing with people who make erroneous conclusions and then afterwards cherry-pick the data/evidence that props it up.
Imma person who uses the data/evidence (weeding thru LOTS of it...) to form a a possible conclusion which is subject to being tested/verified in the rEaL world.
Reality eventually proves the cherry-picker's conclusions and actions based on it were wrong and did NOT get good results.
I get paid MoAr because by the time the client is willing to take my advice they're at or near catastrophic failure....(_Oo)
