In TC1 I drove around the map 95% of the time. The map encouraged me to do so. A few days ago I reinstalled the game and had a lot of fun with it, but it seemed incomplete, since it got a ton of dlcs and I felt like I played a unfinished game, so I decided to buy TC2. You can't really argue recycled cars tho. I mean of course they will add old cars back in. Imagine If some of the older cars that people still like were missing

Aswell, all the big cities like LA-Chicago-Detroit are are a lot smaller now, when in the first one they were actually complicated to scale through and very congested (like real cities)

The Crew: Large map with many places to explore The Crew 2: Large map with less places to explore The Crew 3: Large map with terrain only The Crew 4: No map
I could genuinely sit down for an entire day and drive around the crew 1 map. Its immense scale and varied landscape give it an atmosphere that few other open world games have.
It probably feels incomplete because it probably is, just remember what the career mode was, and how you could just notice that in the beta of the game by looking at the activities they wouldnt let you play. I feel like this game was rush to be honest.
Very disappointed here. I've downloaded the demo to buy this weekend, and just by playing about an hour already noticed how small it looks. TC1 is a great trip experience, I've spent hours not racing, just driving around the US, meeting places, and had so much fun. Now there's so few of that experience, I was shocked. That's why I've searched and found this video just to make sure I wasn't wrong. I hope Ubi makes a TC3 with an even larger and detailed map, and remove planes and boats. I'm sorry for whoever liked it, but the first game was sold as a US car tripping and racing experience, and that's what I've liked the most. I was expecting TC2 to be much bigger and complete.
Tc1 had so much more story to it as well. It was like playing a movie. And everywhere you drove, it was fun to drive, it wasn’t boring like tc2. There was just so much more life to it. I was hoping when tc2 came out that they would have continued the story from tc1 but boy was I disappointed
@@jlgonthebeat not to mention those faction missions that had you driving around the whole map like highway Child and so on. Did those missions over for money
Honestly, after playing the Ultimate Edition again, the Crew1 map kicks Crew 2's map out of the stratosphere. It has more realism, more detail, feels lived in, has more traffic, I could go on!
As someone who sunk many hours and platinumed both games (the crew 2 twice mind you) I always thought that the crew 2 map just felt so much more empty. I could drive for hours on the crew one and still uncover new and interesting locations. And due to that lack of freedom (no planes and many invisible areas) I found hours of entertainment launching my car across rivers and trying to offroad into places I shouldn't have been able to get in. Ended up finding so many cool places and exploring for hours. On the crew two, once you drive somewhere everywhere else just looks the same, theirs not as much cool stuff and even if their is and you wanna see it, you just spawn a helicopter. And suddenly the fun of finding places only you can get too has be ruined
@@Marccubus ive got a top 5 crew glitches video on my channel, that includes that video and a glitch i personally discovered alloying you to go through basically any wall on the map, with varying results
The map was the best thing about The Crew 1. It was something we have never seen before in any game. I will never understand why this was the part of the game they decided to downgrade.
The interesting thing about the Shoreline Fair is that its floating descriptive text thingy is still on the map. Edit: That dumpster in the tree at 20:36 though
@Stormer248 and also the story, the cars, the poly count, loading times aswell, also free roam cops and the ability to play as a cop (you can now, but you’ve got to pay for practically only 1 car. Also the car sounds in a lot of ways, dealers, lots of Easter eggs, so on. That’s only what I’ve noticed after playing it again for the first time in 4 years yesterday, so I bet there is much much more to it aswell.
They also removed San Francisco Ferry building, ruined Downtown LA, few impovements were added - shitty version of Golden Gate park, better New York streets (especially in Lower Manhattan and Harlem), added more suburbs near some cities like NY and LA. When I heard that they gonna close down servers of 1st The Crew, I felt very dissapointed
They even downgraded the Santa Monica highway in LA, the same highway that gave me GTA V vibes. Sure of course they should've keep the wider two lane highway in Malibu. It's nice to have 🏘️ 🏠🏡 in that area but who cares about the unmarked residential road paths in Malibu. The neighborhood roads needed to be marked on the map and needed to be upgraded to be enjoyable for players to ride on, the most little spects on the map have to catch players attention to make certain areas interesting. From my perspective, I really think they should ReMotorfest the entire Crew 2 map with a remaster so we can regain our best and biggest cruising paradise experience. The same energy we got for Motorfest graphics and map detail should be the same energy to the Crew 2.
@@oskarpolicha5814@ 18:35, I put this video on replay and found out that Jersey City used to stand out like a sore thumb. The city just missed me with that skyscraper. Jersey City weirdly shrunk down somehow.
@Stormer248 only because Miami is where the player base is. And personally, I actually think it looks worse. Doesn’t look nothing like the real Miami. Maybe they downgrade stuff so they can make it better in the 3rd game just so people say “wow look at the graphics difference”
@Stormer248 Arlington in TC1 I was really hoping a major upgrade city. The trees was a good start but building were demolished and Alexandria neighborhoods with roads removed
Great video!how good you have taken into account places that even I knew they had removed. There are other places that were also taken out in the crew 2, Places like Madame Tussads, The Captain Theater, 6922 Boulevard Hollywood ubicated in walk of fame in Hollywood, or places like the Willis Tower, and not to mention that they took out all the stadiums discovered of great importance, such as the Dodger Stadium etc, and also many building was removed from Downtown Los Angeles, buildings that if they appeared in The Crew 1. It's a shame that instead of adding places, that is what I thought they would do, they ended up removing places :(
It really hurts they removed a lot of snow road. In the crew 1 you had the chance to go through the whole mountain states. Now it's gone. There are many roads that don't exist anymore
I only recently got properly into The Crew 2 as had tons of other games to play. I did wonder why it seemed so barren and I couldn't find a lot of places I remembered which I thought was from playing The Crew 2 before, but clearly were from the first game. :( I also had a huge WTF moment when I realised the weather just suddenly changes across the whole map, vs the first game where its regional and makes far more sense.
I like how the first game sort of tried to be as authentic as possible with creating a fully explorable United States along with the landmarks that make the game more 'immersive'.
@360Ragequit i mean their company are in france so why not just make a crew game located in france instead of usa? So i can experience right hand drive(i dont know if france is right hand drive or not)
This explains why TC2 map feels not only more boring, but also smaller. I have been running around it and it doesn't really call me to it, I am not sure how long I will spend with TC2. The first game was more varied, and getting lost in that version of America feels more rewarding. Plus, there is the enciclopedic aspect which rewards your aimless wandering by telling you something about the places you discover. This is missing from TC2, and along with other missing content and features it makes it feel like a husk. Boats and planes don't compensate for lack of location variety, so if you're in it mostly for the cars, you might as well buy or stick with the first game instead. The story of that game is passable, plus there are police chases, which give the game a bit of an action content.
The annoying thing is that they didn’t even need to remodel these locations, just re use it in the Crew 2. If it’s not broken don’t fix it, and don’t remove it entirely either.
Yeah. Porting the map is fine and all, but they didn't even bother to really improve on it. It's like they thought of ways to improve the map and landed on removing stuff as the best option. I think they did add some stuff to create activities for the boats and planes and whatnot, but that's about it.
Hopefully the next crew just gives us good graphics, better road detail and highway detail, new cities, such as Phoenix, ect. And proper city detail, make the cities bigger, remove boats and planes, long cross country races aswell, put back in police cars and the police aspect and put in nice lighting. I'm not so bothered about a story line but if the game lacks something put one in
Ur right about the roads everytime I drive in the crew it’s nothing but the same 4 lane highway, like the highways are just copy and paste clones of each other. I would also love to see my hometown Philadelphia. And cops for each city and small town to make the game actually feel alive
@@tyrequ5303 the most things that I don't like developers to exclude out of the map in both old titles was the most famous unique cities and unique landmarks that we never get yet. Houston,Boston, Memphis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Atlantic City NJ, and Baltimore would have play the best role of all racing game themes but yet they choose to be lazy enough to take away the American fun ride out of it. They put all that money into licensing for cars but where the fuck is the Dealerships??? I guess they forgot who let them use their car brands in the game. The lack of detail map is not superior for car culture. I'm surprised New Orleans Mercedes Benz Super Dome is on the map (at least 1% of football culture).
@@devontewilford1884 I feel like they put more money in detailing New York, Miami and LA than they did the actual map of the world making these cities feel bigger than what it actually is. What they should’ve done is stretch out the world a little bit more to make room for other small towns, and major cities, maybe throw in a little small details like dealerships, and parks you can interact with to free roam or buy any car that you like.
The Crew 1 jus looks better. The textures of roads, the lighting, the buildings and the colors don’t look so over saturated and clean. Everything actually looks solid and lively. Buildings were actually placed well on the ground unlike The Crew 2 for example: if you go to the gas stations, some structures aren’t even fully touching the ground and even worse the gas stations are placed on small hills so one side of the gas station is sunken. In The Crew 1, there are also more animals roaming around the woods and birds flying everywhere. Driving at night and seeing all the city lights made the game a vibe. The Crew 2 barely has any city lights. Hopefully The Crew 3 fixes every problem that The Crew 2 had and improved on what The Crew 1 had.
This comes to show that they get rid of something every time. The Crew into Wild Run they get rid of a lot of traffic cars. Wild Run/Calling All Units into The Crew 2 get rid of police and several areas. I was hoping they would add more cities like Atlanta and Philadelphia. But clearly that’s not what’s happening.
Great video. Crew 2 is such a colossal disappointment on every level. I love the first game dearly, but Crew 2 is not even an expansion pack. It is just a rip-off. I hope Ivory Tower somehow make Crew 3 what 2 should have been, but after this, I am not too hopeful.
I think they messed up so bad we won't ever get another Crew game. Especially with the way Ubisoft is now with ghost Recon breakpoint being another colossal failure. due to miss direction. All their games are pushed back year. I doubt The Crew franchise will ever see the light of day again.
Thank you for that great video! Am I the only one who think that the Crew 1 looks better than the Crew 2 🤷🏽♂️ Just the night looks great in the Crew 2. I also don‘t like the weather. Every few minutes it’s rain or snow
@@primitivespongebob2109the night in the crew 2 used to look much better but a few years back they changed it from black sky to blue and made it much brighter and shorter making it almost non existent
My guess as to why the map in Crew 2 is like it is. They wanted to make a sequel, but didn't want to spend another 6 years on it. So they take the data of the first game's map layout and typography, and put that data into the new engine. But, because it's a different engine, they needed to remake all the assets, and had to cut corners by removing many large landmarks and details. To make up for this, they tried to add in planes, boats, and more off-roading, so you could go through the map faster and not notice the lack of detail. In my opinion, they should've just set Crew 2 in a different country. Where do you think they should've set Crew 2 in?
@@shinobiblade2558 That'd be cool! Japan is full of beautiful mountains, incredible cities, and awesome landmarks! The only downside is that it wouldn't be NEARLY as big or varied as the America map.
Nah its just that TC1 sold well enough for ubisoft to start milking it and therefore we got a mobile spinoff of the crew called "the crew 2". The engine and the groundwork for the game stayed the exact same so all downgrades were thought-through choices.
I don't want to be that "DID YOU KNOW?" type of guy, but what most people don't know is that for TC1 Ivory Tower developed an engine that procedurally generates vegetation (foliage, grass, trees etc etc) in the game world for TC1's HUGE map. It's both to save up on storage space and ease of map creation. They obviously made many manual adjustments, but for the most part all vegetation you see in the game is procedurally generated as you traverse the world (so kind of like minecraft, but only for vegetation). So hypothetically, someone who has access to TC1's code could just change the seed, and all vegetation in the game would generate in different places. Also I think it was named "babel engine" or something like that, but I'm not sure. You can even break out of bounds (by going in/out of photomode every ~3 sec) and no matter how far you go, the vegetation just keeps generating until you reach the physical end of the map. In regards to TC2, I imagine it uses the same system, just probably dumbed down because... you know... they kinda didn't care much about the world in TC2. Also it might be using incorrect geographical data unlike TC1 but I'm no geographer so don't take my word for it. Real fascinating stuff, I'm surprised this isn't talked about more! (Note: I got this info from an old pre-release 2014 interview I found, that was only available through web archive I think. I'm not sure if I can still find it easily, but it's out there)
Okay I found the article again, I'm not sure if youtube will allow me to post a random link so if anyone is interested go to The Crew's wiki page (the wikipedia org one, not the crew's own wiki) and scroll down to References, and it's reference 12.
well this is depressing, I do enjoy the both but TC1 takes the cake of having so much more mini cities and landmarks. They just didn't care carrying it over to TC2 which is saddening to see after watching this video. thank you for the awesome efforts you have done in this vid.
Everybody when & if ya'll have time keep post'n the link to this video on their blog-site & to their social media pages! As a Crew 1 Fan that still plays it cause i cant stand The Crew 2 in the shape it's in now ... Thanks for doing this GREENY!! I knew i wasn't tripping!!
11:55 the terrain is still there for the mine but it's strange how they just changed it into grass terrain and leave the rock formation on top with a put of place hole.
I cant believe the first one is better than the second one, they should've scaled up the map size and added more cities and towns that were excluded previously, I hate the fact that they are focusing more on the festival aspect and everyone being friendly nowadays instead of doing proper missions and earning respect in all of the states by gangs. RIP the crew
Ubisoft: Ah yes let's add boats and planes into a CAR game. Everyone else at the studio ok what should the story be about... Just copy Forza or something. Ubisoft again: Also just remove some towns and make the graphics worse
Because 2 is a racing game, not a car game. The concept was sound, its actually fun, its just painful it came at such a huge cost. I don't think anyone would have complained if they had done it WITHOUT downgrading the map.
What bugs me is that they're adding all these racetracks now instead of actual detail, which means that these stuff may not have been removed for performance reasons. While i must admit, that the racetracks are well made, they really need to focus on adding more detail one of these days. The minor visual update once again gives me hope that they might, but knowing their focus on the battlepass and monetization in general that hope is still very little. I just wish they'd return the map into its former glory. Cause i honestly still don't get why you would take away features and details on a sequel instead of adding to it. They already had a good foundation, they already had the models and textures from TC1. Most people were okay with them reusing the same map. But damn, did they somehow fuck it up. Mind you, the map as it is still delivers some impressive sights. But looking at this just makes me sad at what we're missing.
I have both TC1 and TC2 and I am still playing TC1 since it doesn’t feel empty and and I actually love how it’s make me feel reminded off all the old racing games like NFS, burn out, etc. I just hope they fix this with another dlc like before 😂🤷🏻♂️
It’s sad how much stuff they removed. Part of the fun is driving past all those sights. Also another place that was removed is the Las Vegas Station in The suburbs
They need to just remove boats & planes and focus on cars. Improve gameplay and the map. Make the summit & cops a staple in the game. Improve customization and tuning (please add a livery editor and custom paint wheels). Drip feed new story content into the game, add back landmarks & fast travel locations such as airports & train stations. Make the map larger in some areas, like the Florida keys and Tampa for example. Add property that players can purchase for income and special unlocks. Perhaps even let players fly to a different map such as hawaii like we could in TDU2. Add a casino, social areas that players can interact in. The crew 1 felt like TDU2 with customization minus the social spaces. Regardless it’s such a good game. So many missed opportunities in the crew 2.
I play The Crew 1 after years just to look the direct comparison for myself i cant play The Crew 2 anymore. The Crew 1 looks so beautiful after this years! The shaders, textures, the whole map looks soooo MUCH BETTER in The Crew 1. I was driving from Santa Monica Pier to Malibu in both games but The Crew 1 with the map, graphics the shaders and color grading it's such a different feeling (better). The Crew 1 just needs a little more vegetation in nature and better vehicle sounds. edit: + all Cars from Crew 2 ;)
What ruins it for me in the Crew 2 is that all the roads in the major cities look EXACTLY the same. All have the same color and same green bike path, it’s like they didn’t even try with the crew 2 to make the cities feel different from each other
I don't get why they even did this??? The assests were all there, all they had to do was leave the map exactly how it was, then create a new story and add more vehicles.
i played the Crew 1 for yonks, and watching this video i must say there are places i simply don't think i ever visited and now can't, i dont think for some reason i ever saw the vanderburg base, the fort in New England or even the Air and Space Museum, and i why take out the oval tracks, i remember driving around them
I got the Crew 2 and very quickly i started to get bored, then I just started playing The Crew and it was so fun! But I can not believe they took out a lot out of the Crew 2. FYI the Crew is better!
At 14:25 that is a prison where the head of the crew and the FBI guy showed up at after you completed the story from TC1. Also a little one in Detroit that you missed was that they removed America Park, a parody of Comerica Park, North West corner of downtown. Now it's just a dirt baseball diamond. TIGER STADIUM IS NOW A DIRT FIELD! NOT COMERICA PARK! And the part of Canada that is missing is called Windsor.
Tony Ski Thanks for the informations. I know they removed more locations ( read the description ) but i decided to include the biggest changes only, they removed a lot of houses, farms, gas stations, power plants and much more... Im thinking about a part 2 in the future that includes these locations.
Adding planes/boats is probably the most stupid decision ubisoft ever came up with for the sequel. Nobody cares about them and a lot the map got butchered as the result probably to accommodate this.
Crew 2- less landmarks, Crew 3- no cities, just an empty map, Crew 4- No continents, just ocean Crew 5- no Earth, just cars floating in space, Crew 6- no universe, nothing
Never liked the first one as much as 2 but I was sad to see some locations just gone, or changed. Idk guess Ubisoft wanted to remove stuff to I guess help the game with other animations and such, to free up time to add the stuff they added in 2 during it's life time like the new racing locations and such. I was sad when Sebring was removed (probably licensing with the real world track)
The Crew 2 looks depressing and lifeless, and the xbox 360 version of the The Crew 1 was nothing more then a abandon child to Ubisoft. They literally forgot about that game and left it broken.
I could easily imagine a Ubisoft Watch Dogs game with the same map as The Crew 1 with a lot more stuff & Features. (I think that could be a project Ubisoft can do). That would be very interesting.

Although The Crew 1 had many many flaws, it had passion.
What flaws
What do you mean flaws? What flaws?
I love the Crew 2 as much as I do for the first game.
@@d3d53c3 how?
@@realrandiee it had glitches😂
I could genuinely sit down for an entire day and drive around the crew 1 map. Its immense scale and varied landscape give it an atmosphere that few other open world games have.
A map update with these missing locations would be fantastic in The Crew 2! This game feels too incomplete, and I prefer The Crew over the second one.
I remember glitching over the border fences into mexico and driving around out of bounds for a while lol
@@Marccubus ive got a top 5 crew glitches video on my channel, that includes that video and a glitch i personally discovered alloying you to go through basically any wall on the map, with varying results

R.I.P - Today this great game has passed away - 2014-2024 =(
I can't belive they removed the military base, I remember launching myself on that ramp with a drag car. Good times
The number 2 on their game title shows how they crossed the line with the 2nd one
The map was the best thing about The Crew 1. It was something we have never seen before in any game. I will never understand why this was the part of the game they decided to downgrade.
Imagine unironically thinking boats and planes are more important in a racing game than graphics, map design and physics
The interesting thing about the Shoreline Fair is that its floating descriptive text thingy is still on the map.
Edit: That dumpster in the tree at 20:36 though
THEY JUST REMOVED ALL THE MILITARY BUILDINGS!
RGM-89D Jegan D Type i did see some sort of military airbase with a military plane south of san fransisco in tc2 tho
@@999goat It doesn't look like military base, only one C-130 park there with engine turn-on and never take off.
*Me:* TC2 is an improvement over TC1 in every way. I don't know what everyone is talking about.
*Me, after watching this video:* Ok, now I'm pissed.
@Stormer248 holy shit! That’s 😢
Why would you've have even thought that anyway?? Did you even play the Crew 1??
@@devontewilford1884It breaks to see it all perish, gentlemen. It truly does. I can’t begin to articulate how much it hurts to see it all go away.

Lmao the Pentagon is just sitting in the middle of the woods!?!? Atleast the trees look better in this game.
Maybe the DoD thought The Pentagon wasnt secretive enough, so they decided to remove the whole city of Arlington
U commented twice lol
@Stormer248 only because Miami is where the player base is. And personally, I actually think it looks worse. Doesn’t look nothing like the real Miami.
Maybe they downgrade stuff so they can make it better in the 3rd game just so people say “wow look at the graphics difference”
I think it comes down to draw distance, making popups less noticeable in the air. Too many polygons are taxing.
@Stormer248 Arlington in TC1 I was really hoping a major upgrade city. The trees was a good start but building were demolished and Alexandria neighborhoods with roads removed
The crew 1: Feel the speed, explore what you have left to undiscover.
The crew 2: Go touch some fucking grass
Walk of fame:
C1: many stars
C2: *one damn star*
I only recently got properly into The Crew 2 as had tons of other games to play. I did wonder why it seemed so barren and I couldn't find a lot of places I remembered which I thought was from playing The Crew 2 before, but clearly were from the first game. :(
I also had a huge WTF moment when I realised the weather just suddenly changes across the whole map, vs the first game where its regional and makes far more sense.
I like how the first game sort of tried to be as authentic as possible with creating a fully explorable United States along with the landmarks that make the game more 'immersive'.
I had so many fun memories of playing the original. It saddens me that its gone offline 😢
Breaks my heart.
Losing all of this just to add boats and planes? Oh well Horizon 4 it is.
Sterkasta Maðurinn the best part is that literally no one asked for the shitty boat and plane idea

WHY WOULD THEY REMOVE THE AMBASSADOR BRIDGE? THATS A FAMOUS LANDMARK
probably so players in planes cant land on the bridge and shift into car mode
or maybe they couldn't get a licence for it to be in the game anymore ( like a copyright )
@@MarioxJolienSpiderFreak buildings need licensing?
Also what would that make sense if they still have the cities around It?
Mario x Jolien no there no licenses for buildings lol they just removed it cause new stuff added

The Crew 2 looks like when Marty travelled back to 1955.
Hopefully the next crew just gives us good graphics, better road detail and highway detail, new cities, such as Phoenix, ect. And proper city detail, make the cities bigger, remove boats and planes, long cross country races aswell, put back in police cars and the police aspect and put in nice lighting. I'm not so bothered about a story line but if the game lacks something put one in
Yeah I really want them to take advantage of this huge world, boats and planes are not the way to do it
@@GREENY_SO they literally should save the boats and planes for Motorfest because they are needed for different pieces of islands.
The graphics better on the crew 2, the crew 1 graphics to bright nd kinda low quality

Andrew McCoy there’s no way they can fit Philadelphia unless they make the entire map bigger

8Paul7 The Crew 2 is just a plain version of the Crew 1 but with boats and planes
What a shame.
I think they messed up so bad we won't ever get another Crew game. Especially with the way Ubisoft is now with ghost Recon breakpoint being another colossal failure. due to miss direction. All their games are pushed back year. I doubt The Crew franchise will ever see the light of day again.
they removed so much of what made this map feel...American.

Am I the only one who think that the Crew 1 looks better than the Crew 2 🤷🏽♂️
Just the night looks great in the Crew 2. I also don‘t like the weather. Every few minutes it’s rain or snow

@@primitivespongebob2109the night in the crew 2 used to look much better but a few years back they changed it from black sky to blue and made it much brighter and shorter making it almost non existent
yep the snow is bad in the Crew 2 , you in Las Vegas, then suddenly it's snow bound
Hopefully japan for crew 3
@@rightbehindyou9398 @14:00 I didn't think it would be Westgate Park City. That was a shocking story to see

so glad i went back to jamming TC1 lol just look at how Shit TC2 is
Now i understand why the map of the 2 didn't feel as good as the first
Lol always see the sign for the military base in crew 2 and never found it now I know why.

Do a part 2, I liked watching this and there’s a few other locations that aren’t included in this video.
EvoLjfe Thank you
15:02 Even the whole mountain at the background is gone
I was driving from Santa Monica Pier to Malibu in both games but The Crew 1
with the map, graphics the shaders and color grading it's such a different feeling (better). The Crew 1 just needs a little more vegetation in nature and better vehicle sounds. edit: + all Cars from Crew 2 ;)
What ruins it for me in the Crew 2 is that all the roads in the major cities look EXACTLY the same. All have the same color and same green bike path, it’s like they didn’t even try with the crew 2 to make the cities feel different from each other
The Crew 2 a.k.a. The Crew: "nature is healing" Edition
I don't get why they even did this??? The assests were all there, all they had to do was leave the map exactly how it was, then create a new story and add more vehicles.
15:16 MY BRIDGE!!!!
i played the Crew 1 for yonks, and watching this video i must say there are places i simply don't think i ever visited and now can't, i dont think for some reason i ever saw the vanderburg base, the fort in New England or even the Air and Space Museum, and i why take out the oval tracks, i remember driving around them
To me crew 2 was rushed still a good game but some textures were lazily put in places or not finished and that.

Theres literally no point of deleting these locations , they filled empty spaces sad that they deleted tyem
I got the Crew 2 and very quickly i started to get bored, then I just started playing The Crew and it was so fun! But I can not believe they took out a lot out of the Crew 2. FYI the Crew is better!
14:27 is a prison.
16:18 reminds me of a hotel in Misquamicut, Westerly, Rhode Island.
They removed all baseball stadiums except Seattle Field, which would be Safeco Park
Adding planes/boats is probably the most stupid decision ubisoft ever came up with for the sequel. Nobody cares about them and a lot the map got butchered as the result probably to accommodate this.
its like The Crew 2 used a beta map version of Crew 1
Im sayin
1:45 Man they removed KI Sawyer? That was the only UP location they had too...
Also, 14:32 that's Fort Independence in Boston I think.
Same map size however world of The Crew is much more interesting despite it lacks airplanes and boats.
If the crew 2 gets worse then when the Crew 3 comes out ( if it dose ) Then soon they are going to take out New York City!
Crew 2- less landmarks, Crew 3- no cities, just an empty map, Crew 4- No continents, just ocean Crew 5- no Earth, just cars floating in space, Crew 6- no universe, nothing
Thatakwardguyinthebottomofthecommentsection 2 the crew 5 seems fun
Never liked the first one as much as 2 but I was sad to see some locations just gone, or changed. Idk guess Ubisoft wanted to remove stuff to I guess help the game with other animations and such, to free up time to add the stuff they added in 2 during it's life time like the new racing locations and such. I was sad when Sebring was removed (probably licensing with the real world track)
