Homelander is the leader of The Seven, the strongest Supe in the world and with the face of a movie star and the powers of a god, Homelander is considered the greatest superhero alive. Had he been arrested after the events of Gen V (2023), these are the criminal charges he would have faced.
Our exploration extends beyond fiction as we draw parallels to real-world scenarios. We examine cases of real-life criminals and their prosecutions, drawing on legal expertise to examine the likelihood of Homelander’s criminal activities leading to actual charges.
Please note that the video you are about to watch is entirely fictional and is produced solely for the purpose of raising awareness on the consequences of committing a crime. The scenes depicted in this video are not real and do not reflect any actual events or persons. We do not condone or promote any illegal or unethical behaviour, and this video is intended to serve as a cautionary tale to deter individuals from engaging in criminal activity.
Can we really say that homelander ever killed anyone in self defence? He is basically immortal for those people, they cannot even slightly harm him. He is more than capable to disarm and handcuff all those people.
That’s a good take.never thought of it that way
criminalvibez I know this example is slightly (a lot) exaggerated, but when 6 yo boy would me I technically should defend myself, but there is a little amount of damage for him to cause to me. Instead of going full attack on him I can, I do not know, hold him or even just go around.
For homelander everyone is like 6yo, even less.
That's actually a good point. People get harsher sentences depending on what a "reasonable person" would do in that situation and everyone/the jury/your peers vote on that. I think everyone here at the very least can agree that a "reasonable person" in his situation would have simply pushed around and disarmed them
@@leminer4049 I would go that far and say that he should not even be brutal, I mean when disarming someone he would need to use a 0,000001% of his strength. Absolutely no laser eyes, no punching, pushing, nothing. He should treat everyone as now adults treat children. You can be firm, sometimes shout but never go violent.
Because he is in no danger from anybody. Except compound V people, but this is a different story.
It was still self defense with Maeve tho
Child abuse being only 1 year and rape being only 5 is insane

You rarely can prove rape so it’s not that insane.

Let me guess, Vaught has them?
@@madhattermaker622 Yes, the-
I MEAN BUTCHER! BUTCHER HAS THEM!
He is Homelander… and he can do whatever the fuck he want…!
Yep, good luck stopping him
8:44 - Correction: Homelander has X-ray vision, meaning he could easily see the innocent man through the terrorist and tanning rack. Therefore, Homelander _can_ be charged for his death.
I wrote a reply, idk if it can appear.
Ok, it doesn't, I'll just censor it.
He created these ter- and planned to unalive them, so he would be charged with first-degree mu- and involuntary ma-. Even if it hadn't been the case, he has ultra reflex and speed and can use it in such situations to make sure everyone is safe. But are you implying he unalived the innocent guy on purpose?
@@JKBDTS Not necessarily. What I _am_ saying is that Homelander knew the innocent man was in the line of fire, but simply didn’t care. He could’ve shouted “get out of the way!”, or something like that.
@@InsanityTLB This would mean he did it on purpose.
You should do one for Billy Butcher next, because even though he's the "main protagonist", he's got a lot of crimes on his own rap sheet.
“Protagonist” doesn’t mean hero. When are you people gonna learn this?
He is an anti hero
😂😂😂 dude is more an Anti-Hero this is more of a gray area in both moral and immoral actions.
hughie is the main protagonist
@@dh8538 Hughie kinda was the main protagonist for the first season, but for the second and mainly third season, Butcher was turned into the main protagonist, as he has more screen time and more relevance to the story
Some how Walter White earned more time than a super villain 😂
anti hero
@@gentletal5101 people don’t know it’s a huge difference lol
@@WopJr yea its like a good guy using evil methods
@@gentletal5101 idk about that one. Anti hero means does bad things for the greater good. Homelander does bad things just because he can.
@@billbandoh5818 thats an anti villain. Like Madara. Starting the infinite tsukiyomi so there is no more war or death
Being legally innocent for the flight deaths is crazzzyyyy
I think if you read into it his destruction of the control panel was deliberate, and even with both pilots dead I think you would have a decent chance of having at least one person on that plane with some level of flight experience.
@@aidangattinger8975 why would his destruction of the control panel be deliberate?
@@cinemacop Having the tragedy actually play out instead of stopping it would be more likely to make people use there emotions and actually want to have supes in the military.
@@aidangattinger8975 that and homelander could've just restrained the terrorist very easily
@@cinemacop I don't think it was intentional on the part of the writers, but his lasers are shown going through people and not going through people depending on plot requirements, plus he's so powerful that no one can threaten him so he wouldn't be able to claim self defence
I cannot believe that the plane thing was among the things that weren’t Homelander’s fault. It’s seared into my brain to this day as one of the most horrible things anyone has ever done on screen.
Had to laugh at the .5 years he got for stealing Haley Joel Osment’s phone
He would actually be charged, as Homelander has ultra speed and reflex and could be more careful on the plane.
I know the plane thing is horrible
the way he knows damn well he could've carried that plane into safety but he just doesn't gaf...
It would probably take a week just to go through all the charges against Homelander in a court
good luck getting him into court first
More like a month
He would just murder everyone if he got found guilty lol
Welp, he’s just been found not guilty by all accounts :/
I think it would take only a second or 2 for homelanders heat vision to go though the court
Good luck trying to make Homelander stand for his crimes.

America. 😊
I mean it's explained both in the video and the episode itself. He couldn't physically stop the plane from crashing due to physics.
@@TheCynicalAutist Not at least saving some people was still morally wrong. Although I wouldn't call it his worst action ever, not even close. It was an emotionally shocking scene though.

It was bad, sure. But one of the WORST things he’s done? Not even close

@@BthIX no we can tell that from day zero. It is obvious that this whole show is anti-patriotism. and wants to paint American values as evil.
Homelander: "OK, now you enforce it".
super humans probably have a higher standard of self defence. imagine if superman just killed every villain because of "self defense" when bullets shot at him are equivalent to grand of sand being thrown at him
Still being in prison during the Covenant's Invasion of Earth is wilddd bro 💀
The plane scene (minus the criminal threats) is where he’s Scott-Free; That’s truly wild. I mean “I guess” in contrast to the others.
He actually was able of being more careful with the plane, The Cinema Cop got it wrong.

You really should've pinned this
And somehow Trevor Phillips got more jail time than him is wild
Homelander did nothing in self defense or be classified as accidental, he’s basically invincible and he knows they can’t hurt him, ontop of that he is super reckless, he he so much control over his laser eyes but he’s too lazy to think things through, and he was 100% intentionally trying to crash that plane, look at how much force he used against the second terrorist in the cock pit compared to the first.
By the end of the show, it's gonna be quadruple all of that
Sentence:
36 Death, 4 Life, 2616 years, $4 million fine, Registered as Sex Offender 4 times
@@markwilson4078 SO registry doesn't add up if you watch the video. It was only added once even though there was more than one crime worth of that.
I’m not aware of the laws in the US but, as a flying person, he might violate some laws regarding air traffic, through penetration in various, controlled and restricted airspace.
That tal rifaat scene was actually great😂

I really love how you censored "Rape" but you didn't "Murder".

@@tonyhawksproskater2406 ah yes thanks to toxic Feminism.
@@tonyhawksproskater2406 more like its same, both of them are really bad :/
Court would likely find that the self defense argument doesn't work for him due to his powers. Also considering what his lasers do and that he knows what they do he probably wouldn't get away with destroying the plane either.
Imagine the FBI seeing your search history wondering and considering you as a threat 😂
If he went to prison it should be the one they use in deadpool 2
Or deadpool gets hired as young homelanders babysitter only for cable to come in trying to kill young homelander.
i honestly lost track of how many people homelander k!lled
That's a big IF
He would probably get charged even more if there was a legal system specifically for supes
About the plane incident, Homelander would be charged because he has superpowers and he could have lifted the plane. You did research but that’s in our world
It's the thing that the federal law I think doesn't obligate anyone to save people. But the crash was Homelander's fault, cuz he has super reflex and speed and could use them to be more careful and he intentionally doesn't act careful on his missions, because if someone caught him using his speed and reflex, they would question why he never used them before to save people.
2 minutes in and bro is already serving a 191 year sentence 😂
2:57 the plane scene: Homelander could bring a pilot from the nearest country because the plane will fly normally in Autpilot
Do Dexter Morgan next pls
“Hey look mommy!” -Homelander
I don't think he can be charged for ANYTHING on the plane, even the threat. SInce technically there are no witnesses and Maeve hadn't spoken about it in any legal discussion regarding his crimes nor do I think would she really want to given the last time we saw her.
Not the point of the video

Homelander did have the ability to save some, if not all of the passengers, he just chose not to. That has to count for something, given he had the capability of saving lives without endangering his own self

i will guess at least 25k years
There might be some death penalties in here

Added to the Sex Offender's Registry is crazy dawg 😭
I’m pretty sure it’s implied that Homelander puts Vogelbaum in a wheelchair as well when he visited him again, sometime before the finale of season 1. Guessing some kind of assault
First-degree assault?
Who wins in a 1v1 - Homelander or Superman?
Homelander ? I think it kinda close but superman lowkey not really like that
Homelander's just a politically incorrect Superman
Yessirreee I love you
Superman, homelander can’t even beat Omni man or most superheroes
Superman lol
a lot of the 'assault' charges are actually battery
Even Spiderman would've done anything in his power to save the people in the plane
Who tf is going to arrest him
This is starlighter propaganda
Those damn star lighters…
Shut up homelader activist go starlight
Dont forget the last 3 episodes are canon of diabolical
He's evil and hilarious at the same time
can you do nino brown from new jack city
One thing, the diabolical chapter of Homelander's debut was missing, although the majority of the series is not canonical, just that one is, it would be interesting to see the conviction for exploiting the factory
Who came up with how much time someone spends in prison for their crimes?… some of this is wild.
Sorry I’m confused, what is the difference between murder (Where he got 9 life sentences around 5:05) and first-degree murder (at 1:05)?
It's according to laws of Syria.
It's shown in the end.
Syrian law and NY law
Oh sorry haha, I should’ve watched until the end before asking!😅
Homelander maybe searching you now, your life is in Danger
I think there would be more years if the crimes committed in the animated series "diabolical" by the boys were considered.
Homelander got Hands😅😅😅😂
That's one way to advertise for your patreon :D

Ah yes, the disclaimer that basically says "guys don't break the law pretty please it's not good to do"
We need an update for season 4
have to wait for the season to finish first.
About the plane thing, yes the pilots were killed but Homelander accidentally destroying the controls should absolutely count for something. i feel like SOMETHING could have been done to save them, isn't there an emergency landing guide book or something?
At the very least it's negligence or manslaughter.
11:30 got me cackling
no way being a menace can get you in jail LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
How can you have multiple death sentences and life imprisonment?
all the charges are handled separately in the event of an appeal
if his 8/9 of his death sentences successfully got appealed for example, he would still have the one left and still have to serve that
it just streamlines the process
Only Lucas Hood would be able to take down homelander
Have fun with trying to arrest him😂
Professor from money heist next please
Part 2 please
Wouldnt homelander taking down the plane be terrorism or domestic terrorism? Since not only was he blowing up a plane but he was doing it for a benefit since the guy in the plane knew about compound v
Rick Sanchez solo's Homelander lol
In the beginning when Homelander threw a guy on a car, he didn’t get charged with property damage
He should be charged with second-degree murder and property damage for throwing him, cuz he was very much able of doing it all more safely.
I want to see if he has more than Billy would
Freddy krueger next please ❤🙏
Sum bullshit Homelander got less time than Tony Sopranos in US courts
A lot of people are saying he should've been giving more serious charges, but think about it: he's Homelander. His lawyers are gonna use every bullshit loophole they can find to keep his slate clean
Ok, I originally misunderstood your comment. I don't think that the video was supposed to include what lawyers could defend.
Next case: Jimmy Conlon
Is it me or did Homelander get bigger on the thumbnail?
Why would Homelander be added to the Sex Offender’s Registry for public lewdness but not rape? Am i missing something?
So when is the arrest planned for? 😅😜
Do Nino brown from new jack city
Homelander is basically Superman without morals or weakness to kryptonite... And a very fragile ego.
How the hell does someone get more than one death sentence
Problem with all of that is the same problem as the ICC. If laws have no viable enforcement mechanism, they're useless. Still, props on the research, fascinating
Thor from extraction
if homelander were* charged for his crimes
I’m so actually grateful that homelander isn’t real, or isn’t he?
Joffrey Lannister?
3:02 for one you should use a normal voice or even chatgpt that sounds normal and human like in nature articulated second thing is that the people and the pilot had not been killed homelander knew he could have done something else. but didnt its confirmed that he destroyed the controls on purpose final thing is that many youtubers have confirmed he couldve saved the plane he had tons of chances these include at least finding every last parachute possible. so that even if by free fall they will have an emergency lift method holding it from near the under and or having queen mave also slow it down is another finally he intentionally neglected to save even one life due to his ego as he said the company that make super heroes all wants profit and he didnt care as they had the power and did rule it as an accident not a failure to not try.
Even if he didn't do it on purpose, he has ultra reflex and speed and could do it all more safely.
