5:07 If I recall correctly the guys Homelander was killing in this scene were ISIS members. I don't think Syria would prosecute him for killing them. ISIS was actively at war with the Syrian Government and is considered a terrorist group by them, just like the US and everyone else. While the Syrian Government has not authorized the US presence in the country, and therefore may be interested in pursing international litigation for Homelander's presence in the country being part of an illegal military op, they most certainly would NOT object to that operation killing active terrorists/enemies of the state. Most likely, Syria would however absolutely charge him for arming those same terrorist beforehand.
Various original villains is taking journals with this. Various original heroes along the Boys league, is having a King of the hill style by drinking sodas and neighbor barbeque special.
Wouldnt homelander taking down the plane be terrorism or domestic terrorism? Since not only was he blowing up a plane but he was doing it for a benefit since the guy in the plane knew about compound v
all the charges are handled separately in the event of an appeal if his 8/9 of his death sentences successfully got appealed for example, he would still have the one left and still have to serve that it just streamlines the process
Court would likely find that the self defense argument doesn't work for him due to his powers. Also considering what his lasers do and that he knows what they do he probably wouldn't get away with destroying the plane either.
3rd party safety counts as self defense. He was trying (though not very Hard) to save the pilot Who was In immidiate danger. + his Quick reaction speed probably isnt always on. Though He made a mistake In not immidiately killing him, Even that May be understandable as the pain of the laser Would have made him shoot the pilot.
I don't think he can be charged for ANYTHING on the plane, even the threat. SInce technically there are no witnesses and Maeve hadn't spoken about it in any legal discussion regarding his crimes nor do I think would she really want to given the last time we saw her.
Even with the 9 death sentences, the life imprisonment, the million dollar fine and the fact that he should be on the offender list. The fact that he managed to not have 1000 years in prison is the only thing that surprised me.
I'd like to point out that Homelander threw Chalsea to the ground, because people don't pop like that from falling - there isn't nearly enough force at this height

11:30 Black Noire jumpscare
i honestly lost track of how many people homelander k!lled
he can control his laser vision, he sunk that plane to allow him to get supes into the military
Added to the Sex Offender's Registry is crazy dawg 😭
Even Spiderman would've done anything in his power to save the people in the plane
Most likely, Syria would however absolutely charge him for arming those same terrorist beforehand.
can we really say he killed that guy in self defence even though he shot all the bullet from his entire gun on homelander and with no single scratch
Now the question is
Can Saul goodman prove Homelander innocent in court?
Yes.😊
@@MichaelF-cc8ri No💀
homelander would never be in court in the first place
The insta "THEFT" on his phone killed me 🤣😂
And now add in the fact that he was plotting to stage a coup w sister sage 🤣
Tomato, tomato.
AND EVEN WITH THAT HOMELANDER WILL SAY
"I CAN DO WHATEVER THE FUCK I WANT!"
😂😂
This video is pretty inaccurate so I made a more accurate calculation. 5,535 years, 9 life sentences, and 417 days.
Where did you take that from?
2:57 the plane scene: Homelander could bring a pilot from the nearest country because the plane will fly normally in Autpilot
The controls are broken
@@cinemacop His fault ngl
Sorry I’m confused, what is the difference between murder (Where he got 9 life sentences around 5:05) and first-degree murder (at 1:05)?
It's according to laws of Syria.
It's shown in the end.
Syrian law and NY law
Oh sorry haha, I should’ve watched until the end before asking!😅
what's crazy is he could probably serve that sentence and end up walking in all honesty (excluding the life imprisonment)
It would be cool to see if our gta online characters were charged for our crime but that would take a long time
😉
@@cinemacopyou should do wei shen from sleeping dogs and marcus from watch dogs 2
Not to mention the unimaginable amount of expansions that would be impossible to charge the GTA characters for their crimes.
@@RinOtonashi I wouldn't say it's impossible and that's exactly why I said it would take a long time
@Grimmaculate yeah I know I saw
Bro you know what crazy ive never watched the boys but i keep watching the vids
Various original villains is taking journals with this.
Various original heroes along the Boys league, is having a King of the hill style by drinking sodas and neighbor barbeque special.
When put in this context your really see how bad homelander is!!
Cool video vid man, subbed and liked.
i will guess at least 25k years
There might be some death penalties in here
Told you
Uhh
Homelander would get along just fine with the Celestial Dragons from One Piece.
“Uncensored clips on my patreon ☝️🤓” as if those clips are hard to find
0:41 we are beyond self defense here 😂😂
Wouldnt homelander taking down the plane be terrorism or domestic terrorism? Since not only was he blowing up a plane but he was doing it for a benefit since the guy in the plane knew about compound v
Homelander absolutely needs a Re-Trial. But i would personaly recommended it after Season 5.
Do Dexter Morgan next pls
175 years in prison right away lmao
How can you have multiple death sentences and life imprisonment?
all the charges are handled separately in the event of an appeal
if his 8/9 of his death sentences successfully got appealed for example, he would still have the one left and still have to serve that
it just streamlines the process
The jury "I had to use excel to make the calculations"
Thank you for this thorough collation😭😭 actually serves as a pretty good recap before the next season comes out
When it's a 14 minute long video you know it's a messed up individual.
Though He made a mistake In not immidiately killing him,
Even that May be understandable as the pain of the laser Would have made him shoot the pilot.
Homelander is number 2.
Number 1 waits restlessly.
I don't think he can be charged for ANYTHING on the plane, even the threat. SInce technically there are no witnesses and Maeve hadn't spoken about it in any legal discussion regarding his crimes nor do I think would she really want to given the last time we saw her.
Not the point of the video
@@JKBDTSare you acoustic?
@@Boxxinm I don't think this was really out of place.

WHY DID I LAUG 8:28 IT CATCHED ME OF GUARD AHAH
I feel like he would be way more pissed off about being added to the sex offenders list given how much he wants the general public to admire him.
Ok we got homelander and his crimes but who’s gonna put him in prison?
Sum bullshit Homelander got less time than Tony Sopranos in US courts
we barely started and he already has over 100 years in prison lol
got damn i thought homelander was a good guy but when you put it like this
He just made a mistake
You thought this guy was good?😂
Even with the 9 death sentences, the life imprisonment, the million dollar fine and the fact that he should be on the offender list. The fact that he managed to not have 1000 years in prison is the only thing that surprised me.
Fr Jeffrey Dahmer had I think 1571 years irl for 17 m*********
After Season 4 he has over a billion years
I'd like to point out that Homelander threw Chalsea to the ground, because people don't pop like that from falling - there isn't nearly enough force at this height
yes but you could see her speed while falling and its not nearly enough to make her explode, even assuming its terminal velocity
@@milchi5122convinced the writers just want to add extra gore for shock factor sometimes.
