Adding , Saranga was on point for the only professional question that Danu asked at the latter part of the interview . Its not Sarangas language barrier , its the whole show that Saranga is not comfortable with. My husband would be the same , even him having a professional background in a white country. I really enjoy this show... but I think Danu should change the questionnaire in the programme..... it's repeated in many episodes....
The Bible doesn't permit divorce either and marrying again is committing adultery unless your spouse has passed away... Not being judgmental, just wondering how she can say abortion is not permitted so she will stand by it, but divorce is ok... We can't water down the Bible to suit our situation. We can do it to make ourselves feel better... but that's not going to change what the Word of God says. Anyway, it's her opinion. She has a right to it, however it doesn't make it the correct one. The Bible also says do not judge so you will not be judged. And I think right now, I'm being judgmental myself. So I will stop.

True no one marries with the intention of divorce however, if your partner commits adultery (Mathew 5: 31-32) one can. I may be wrong, just quoting the Bible.
@@dila1249 Yes. Marital unfaithfulness exempts you from this law. Besides all of this I think Danu, the GREATEST commandment is "LOVE your neighbour as yourself" (Matthew 22: 37-39). While we are all entitled to our own opinions and views I think the one thing that will remain constant and cannot be changed is that Gods Word remains the same. It is LIVING and active. Sharper than any two- edged SWORD (Hebrews 4:12) This is the fundamental difference in our belief as we enjoy a real time relationship with our God, whose very nature is found in the Holy Bible which he has so lovingly given for us to follow. We cannot update it ☺️ In that sense do we also update the teachings of Buddha and prophet Mohammed... I am actually not very sure of who the interviewed guests are, but I gathered from the interview which I happened to stumble upon ( being a Lankan living overseas and missing home so much 🥴) that they are of some influence to the community. Nothing at all bothered me other than the disrespect shown so publicly to ones spouse ( like being called a dog on not just national tele, but social media now🤪) and the comment on the Bible being against abortion but divorce is ok. If it is do not murderer ( commandment 5) then it is also do not commit adultery (commandment 6). We can do it, but it doesn't make it correct. An innocent girl who is raped may choose NOT to keep her baby. Has she then murdered another human being or is she justified.. Similarly the topic of divorce. THIS is why... the Lord says in Mathew Chapter 7... " DO NOT JUDGE" He knows we were and are not capable of doing it and maintaining harmony simultaneously☺️

Thankfully our God has no favorites ( Romans 2:11) We are just viewers.. and what we say does not really matter. However when you are given the wonderful platform of being of some influence to those around you then fortunately or unfortunately your words and your actions will carry a lot of weight. I turn to SL and our culture all the time in order to maintain the purity of womanhood... Sandy I know SL is no more the place I left or grew up in. (And I'm not that old😁) My views remain the same, but I am sorry for any harm that may have caused even a little bit of hurt. I actually do not know who they are. I think they have also replied me but I can only see half the message for some reason 🙏 Will be deleting the message of rudeness. I think her husband looks as happy as a lark so he seems to be fine with how she is and quite honestly that's all that matters 🤦🏽♀️ My bad in that area. I just wish the old time reverence and respect would hang on for a little longer 😍

For the interviewer: Dhanu :Dinakshi mentioned in the beginning b4 starting the show she wanted to talk about her daughter,I think 🤔 she came with that expectation. but sorry to say you should’ve asked more questions about her baby what’s her name how old is she , what’s her daily routine with her baby like these days and who looks after etc

Well , well They act as saints for today’s show. As an elderly mother I very well remember Who Dinakshi , Saranga were. They are not, were not the quality type of people. Because they host shows, presenter’s , doing Tiktok, don’t mean they are talented nor most educated top performers in the industry.
