Heads up to others: IguanaTex website suggests "When installing ImageMagick, make sure to check the box to 'Install development headers and libraries for C and C++' and (in recent versions) to 'Install legacy utilities (e.g. convert)'. Download links are provided in the Main Settings window."
I'm not sure if this is critical to get IguanaTex to work but I followed that and it works here :)

@Fahim I am getting error while doing all these steps. when i press generate then an error pop up showing: "pdflatex"-shellescape -interaction=batchmode "IguanaTex_temp.tex".
Please guide me fruther how to remove this error and use latex equations in power point.

How to get long equations in the box, when long equations are typed they are splitting into two lines. How to get long equations in one line or how to increase the width of the equation box ?
