Thank you for the add-in tutorial, I am always learning new ways to use Excel from your video's #1 place for me to go when I need to do something in excel. I have a question, is there a way to import a custom icon instead of having to pick from the defaults? An example would be to use a mechanic icon, or driver icon for the graph.

There is another add in worth to consider, Slido. I used it to interact with the attendees without the need to exit from your presentation slides.
Slido is an alternative to Mentimeter. Both have limited options without subscribing. Simply choose which one’s lay-outs appeals most to you

Hi Leila - old fan of your channel. Can you please do a video on how to update Excel with Planner automatically. So if any buckets/task fields from Planner gets updated/added/removed then it is reflected in Excel automatically. Not sure if it works with Power Query, if not then with Power Automate. Leila, I usually break my decks into sections and each slide inside that section has a title with the section name on it. Is there to make the title update automatically according to the section name or something similar instead of having to go one by one?

Leila, these are really great add-ins. I am facing one problem, when I add a slide from Mentimeter, I can't see it in my PPT in presentation mode ☹. Any suggestions, I followed the steps you showed several times, with no luck. Appreciate your help.

For example I set the start number and the end number then I can generate an animation for it according to some defined templates.

... and do not forget to Export your customizations in toolbar or any other customizable feature built-in MS Office:
File >> Options >> Quick Access Toolbar
in (bottom right) Customization: >> [ Import/Export ]
and save your customizations to carry with you to be imported to an Office app and keep your productivity in your Customer environment as an example.
In my case: I consider Excel formulas as a code and I use glasses, so I usually change the Excel Formula area font to a monospaced (fixed-width) font a bit larger than the default one.
Since I put my hands on one of the firsts Radio Shack TRS-80 (8-bit Z80 16KB monochromatic) of the country I fell in love by the (slashed-0) terminal fonts... and as a left-handed I abandoned my cursive handwriting to a capital letter handwriting many years ago... with a slashed-0 - my choice is Consolas 11. To change the font of Excel Formula area:
File >> Options >> General
in (the second field) "When creating new workbooks:"
Use this as the default font: [ and chose the font you like ]
it doesn't affect the document (spreadsheet) area, just the Formula area.
This week I started to UXing my Excel following the W3C recommendations and AWS techniques (not the Amazon one, but initials of Ophthalmology Researchers) to improve productivity and keep my eyes safe, such as change cell colors to a (Windows Tan, light-grey greenish) (Paper) White and font colors to (Windows Dark Grey) (Ink) Black, and changed the font to Verdana 11. I already UXing my Notepad++ Light Mode to the same foreground/background colors and Consolas 11. I am still working on it but I will save as Book Template according to one of Leila Gharani's video about templates.

Some of the add-ins Leila (BRILLIANTLY!) features can't be created in VBA (the ones from the Microsoft store). Others (THOR, for example) can definitely be created in VBA. THOR was for sure. I wrote it. ;-)

Don't know who else to ask but is PowerPoint capable of having a menu on the screen and pick a topic (touch screen or mouse) have it play the video clip and then return to the Main menu screen waiting for someone to make another selection?
If your company has disabled add-ins can you create the powerpoint with the add-ins on an account that does have access and still be able to use the finished results in a presentation when going back to your company account?
I'm keen to know this as well
That would depend on the add-in. Some (addins that create live content on the fly, for example) will only work if they're installed. Others (addins that speed up production, like THOR) don't need to be installed on other computers when you display the presentation.
