    In a superceedure there can be two Queens in the box and on occasions both laying.

    I have three hives thats had two queens in them right now going on three years.i have the videos of each time i heck them to prove it

      Between the second and third year; the queen typically and notably declines in productivity and can be superceded early and sometimes too late in Spring of third year. Suggest monitoring her production and think about requeening just after flow of second year

      @@spirestocksnotification6710 not sure where the information comes from,but my two hives with the two queens still going strong and this the fourth year.i just have to keep plenty of room on the hives fod them.i also have a few hives with older queens and no problem at all.but bees will do what bees will do no matter how much we think we know about them we dont.what works for some will not work for others,people just have to find a system and bees that works for them

    If they will make a queen their self how long it will be for me to notice a queen cell. I cnt see any until 6 days till today after the lost of the queen.

    Thanks. I have a hive that is in a replacement cycle and wanted to know how much longer it will be til I see more bees in my colony.

      Can you tell me more. Did it swarm and when. Have you seen the queen, eggs or larvae?

    Hi sir thanks for the great info. I hv lost my queen because she has died. I have apis cerana colony. Whn i search for buy a queen. There was only apis milefera species. Can i buy apis melefera queen for my apis cerana bee colony.

      Yes, when you talk about honey bees you can pretty much re-queen with and sub species

    Bcs im just new in this beekeping. I gt this bees free from my neighbour house. So i just transfer them into my hive with their combs too. So of that i dont hv any open brood to give them. Im so worried about them.
