Beautiful family home, but as always...I would never use LED Lighting & I will ALWAYS use a Bathtub. I think they left enough space to place a ceramic tub between the sink & shower. I can't wait to have a chance to view properties.💃🏿

Ok, so its October 2022 as I type this. In 2019 (when this home went on sale in the video), the fx rate was about N360 to 1$. Today it’s N740 to $1.
Here’s the sad/ fun part: The apartment cost N40Million in 2019 (=$112,000). Right now in 2022, the apartment costs about N65Million (but sadly, that’s only worth $88,000 in 2022). It’s disheartening how the value of our Naira keeps destroying the capital appreciation of assets. Even if you include the rent earned from this property, you actually would have made more profit (i.e preserved value) by leaving the initial N40Million investment to sit ideal as USD in your dorm account. It’s just sad. We need a drastic change soon in our country 🇳🇬. Vote wisely my people, our future depends on it more than ever. God bless Nigeria ❤

The masters suite is bigger than the parlour....
