Also how come only the master's bedroom have access to the balcony. What if other occupabts want to use it. Also the so called family lounge is a joke, that is a passage and that should be where access to the balconey should be... All in all the house should be half the asking price below 20m, in my opinion. I know the Nigeria currency recently crashed against the dollar but this buildings were built prior.. Infact the name of the apartment should be called economy apartment buildings... To help the average citizens own a decent apartment space in lekki.. In summary, the potential owners wont have private space. Their kids cant come outsode and play without bumping into several neighbours kids... This is like an advance face me i face you apartments.. The apartment are cool, well built and designed but the prices are too much.

Also the video was posted 6 month ago, meaning the house was built during the previous government when the value of the currency was approximately 5 times lower than it is now. My opinion on the cost of the building is realistic. And for a 40 percent profit of 5 to 7m on a building is a good business. If the building was really built prior april 2023, then the actual cost would have been btw 8m to 12m and at most 15m including the land cost, as it is that several houses are crammed on a piece of land. And most of the lands were bought a very long time ago before their actual development time.. My point is that the high cost of houses in that area is due to real estate companies hyping prices to make it unrealistically... Anyway, if you forward me 30m, I cannot get you an apartment of such, except for by miracle the naira does fall back to 380-400 per dollar, then maybe with lots of uncertainty the prices might reduce. But il probably send your money back to you, because the people in charge won't sell.
