By Guys. From Down Under we always judge a map’s worth by whether it includes poor little Tasmania! And yes, yours does! A well constructed map! Currently we are looking at colour schemes for our caravan, moving up from a camper trailer! We paid much attention to your kitchen! It looked great! Love the colours! Now we really can’t believe that you have failed to show us one of those awesome meals that have become such a regular feature! Looks like we will just have to wait for the next video! Stay safe. I too bought a Calgary condo in 2007. It was the worst decision as that was the peak price for condos. Every since I been watching the value slowly tank away. I too am renting it out at a lost. I'm glad that you were able to renovate and make use of it. Hopefully I'll get to that point with my 2007 Calgary condo lol

Hmmm, I think it helps. Basically, you take a strong tape they provide and stick the pieces to the wall, so you can maybe get away with it being a little uneven
With all the lawyer fees and insurnace, it was close to $260K. 5 years later, we got hit with an assessment for $50,000. So that makes it 310,000. Today, some of the lower units are selling for $200 :(
