I think Edelthea helped me realize a lot. One thing I love doing is writing queer. It's basically what I most wanna be remembered for. But even though there's a lot of people writing great work, I realized I also just really wanna see us in tropes. The A support is a clear cut example of "person A has obvious romantic feelings towards B who is oblivious to this" to the point where it's hard to deny, especially knowing both are bisexual. I think that taught me that not only do I wanna see what we're usually capable of as queer folk, but I want it to be so normalized that you can play queer women to the tropes and it's just normalized. It's why how, from afar, I really admired what they did with The Owl House, because it was us as the typical central cartoon romance and I felt like I fit in just a little more. I'm really glad it was played how it was, even if they really tried to gal pal the hell out of the ending ahaha
