H sir,indian customers are more bothered about resale value and services offered.. that's why Maruti and Hyundai is gaining more popularity in India.. tatamotors better to open premium dealership like Suzuki Nexa did.. if it is difficult open then separate premium bay with well trained staff for attending hexa,nexon and harrier.for sure it will give premium feel to customers. Even one of my friend owned hexa but unfortunately he wants to sell his hexa due to some financial crisis, in resale market he is getting only half price for just 1.5 yr old vehicle..it's clearly indicating poor marketing strategy of TATAMO Vs Toyota brand value and trust.. 2. Poor market study/under estimate Indian customers.. Why I wrote like this, just see the scenario of Tata harrier.. I don't have any marketing degree foreign universities 😁😁 but if you are going to launch any premium product then you must do proper market study and take customers feedback seriously... Just see the sales figures of hector and seltos ,they just nailed it.. Even Chinese and korenian company gives fancy features rich products to Indian customers... We are not asking for fancy features like in seltos MG, but like in hexa TATAMO can provide 19 inch alloys, rear disc brakes,4x4 option in less than 20 lakhs price bracket... Just same thing only.. Initial batches of harrier was an Market flop you can assess by sales figures .. Even lots of issues and niggles.. As per team bhp 2020 Feb harrier BS6 review, left side knee is still touching on dashboard.. If you want to sort out and crash other manufacturers in this segments just do only few things.. 1.
