Men retiring in the next 3 to 5 yeas, NEVER buy a new condo if you want to save $30 to $60k, when you can buy the same luxury condo in a building erected 5 years previous. You come to Thailand for quality of life and make your money stretch. Do what is best for YOU.
We have appreciated all of your TH-cam over the past year. They have helped us prepare for our move to Chiang mai. As a married woman I would love to have a TH-cam from your wife that would help other women adjust to a new life. Suggestions would be are there women groups, are there book clubs, what do other women do in a daily basis. How is the food shopping, personal care services and volunteer opportunities with the communite. Although you are exceptionally knowledge behaviour TH-cam's one from your wife would be a blessing to other women who are making such an extreme change in life Let's hear from Kendra!!!!!!!!
Great tour! Your presentation for these was very good! Very detailed and thorough! One thing I like to know is what the monthly maintenance might be for condos since they vary so much. Thank you again!!
The maintenance fee is only 50 bath per sq.m per month which is required to pay 12 months in advance. The facilities include 6*50 metre swimming pool, co-working space, fitness centre, yoga room, sauna, onsen, roof top garden and cinema room at the basement floor.
Please feel free to visit the project. Within this month the project has offered up to 300,000 baht discount with the gold bar at the value of THB 50,000 on top.
You could buy a full house for less than that or a very nice house for the same price. Why would you take the condo instead of a larger house with a yard? Makes no sense to me.
I believe it's personal preferences. Some individuals don't want maintenance like yard. There is fitness, swimming pool and other amenities. Also, the downtown big city feels. But, you're right about the price, and it's better to get a house like tiny home with huge lot
@@Insearchforenlightment You can get a tiny house in CM for well under 2 million with a little yard and place to park your car. The condo could actually be quieter and you'll probably see your neighbors less if that's what you want.
You can't own land, building and putting money in to something you can't own is not something I would do. A condo on foreign quota built with a good developer is the safest choice.
The last unit is the most thoughtful, the first two had the very strange feature of the uber large bdrm (we are of space imo), cheaper out on not framing in the fridge, and patios off the bdrm.
I assume since they are brand new buildings, they will try to sell them first. Later, when all is done and they haven't been able to sell them all, they will put the remainder up for rent.
It was a great tour however, it doesn’t help me what I would like to see is a variety of selections for two people to rent a nice two or three bedroom condo, two or three bedroom villa, two or three bedroom apartment that would really help us out because it’s so difficult with the various TH-camrs and the variety of prices Especially since most TH-camrs focus on cheap and single well we got married people I want to relocate to as a couple maybe you can help us out a little bit. I would appreciate it bro. BTW- the cultural tips are interesting and fun.
Not familiar with the site, but it seems that it's just a one off development of 3 blocks in an otherwise predominantly bungalow or semi-detached ressidential neighborhood. The last unit was nice, but I would be worried about the viability of this location at this price point and lack of density in the area. But that's just me, maybe there's indeed high demand of luxury condos for singles in this particular location.

@@karnpitchapaleeriam1576 thank you !
Another One! Thx for the great info. As usual, my bags packed themselves this time.😅✌🏾
Beautiful facility….. reasonably priced 👍🏼
Please feel free to visit the project. The panoramic mountain view from the top floor units is super.
On Koh Samui I saw a condo of similar size (and reasonably modern) to the first one for 2.8 mil. And that is 5 minutes from the beach.
Perfect presentation 10 /10🎉
Thank you 😋
As always Tony, a very professional condo viewing 👍🏻.
I could live there🙂 A is all I would need👍

Lovely units, thanks for sharing!

Foreigners cannot buy houses freehold. Only condos

Very nice

Eh….comme ci comme ca, very suitable for someone, looking for covered and secure parking and secure entries 🙏🏻

That means the view on the higher floors won't be cut off.
Seems a bit high.
Very low ceiling height. That’s an issue when you actually get in there and spend time.
The ceiling height is actually at 2.5 metres. Please feel free to visit the project for the actual view in the unit and the natural ambience around.
Wonder what their HOA fees are ?
You could message them and ask them. There is a link in the description. I would hope there were none until all their amenities are finished.

1.25 million dollars for the least expensive one?
uh, no. 4,400,000.00 Thai Baht = $126,624.15 US Dollars

stove right at doorstep, thats not a good design for me. instant putoff
Condos are not good investments. Stay away from them. Better to rent than to buy condos. High Condo fees will destroy values of condos.
see through closet really. so everyone can whatever you put inside. not for me again
