I recently established several sources of income online, and what you get here for the price seems to be insane. I went without AC in the southern US for a year so I don't use that or hot water. Your body just gets used to it in a month. I'm wondering what those things rolled up on the bed in the first condo are? I definitely know where I'm headed shortly. :)

Is the thing rolled up on the bed you're referring to the triangular shaped object? If so, it's a traditional type of cushion ^^ and it's all one piece intact~
I'll bet there's not much traffic now on Nimman or Huay Kaew.

One year old plus post replied to now? How much to renew a "retirement VISA " you had for four years now? I was told I needed an attorney to help me with the paperwork I once did myself to live at a 750 usd per month place on Nimman almost five years ago. Guess what...
I was told I needed ro deposit roughly 13 grand into a Thai bank while I have more than double the monthly income required for ssid VISA. I could say much, much more but why waste my time? I could live anywhere in the world and got shuttled from one immigration office to the next....total disrespect too..let's lesve it at that. I guess I'm just not wanted there. So sad, too bad.
After the Fla condo collapse I think I’ll opt for a single story house (I stay in a 2-story house in Hang Dong when I’m there) thx for the vid, enjoyed, always good to see other options 🙏🏻👍🏻✌🏻🕊

They are all within 5-10 minutes of Old City.
What? No pets for condos?! I am not moving If I cannot bring my dogs. They are my family!
WHY DO FOREIGNERS ALWAYS ASK FOR DISHWASHER WHEN MOST OF THEM COMES AS A COUPLE ❓❓❓
VERY FEW COMES WITH FAMILIES .....IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE TO NEED A DISHWASHER.
IF YOU ARE SINGLE OR WITH A PARTNER.......MOST OF TIME....YOU EAT OUT
IF YOU ARE AT HOME......USING DINNER PLATES AND UTENSILS ARE VERY FEW .....
SO.....WHY THE NEED TO ASK FOR DISHWASHER ❓❓❓
WHEN YOU COME TO ASIAN COUNTRIES.....IT IS REALLY STUPID TO ASK FOR DISHWASHER

We are trying to use the real estate videos for educational purposes for people looking to move to the Chiang Mai area. Some folks coming from other countries such as the US aren’t sure what normally would come in a rental house or condo. We tried to think of and cover all questions that we thought people moving to Thailand might have. We know that they don’t normally have dishwashers in places here, but some viewers don’t and it might be a question that they have so that’s why those types of questions were asked. Hope that makes sense. 😊
We ask for ovens, too, til we know better!
@@TheNarrowGate ....in Thailand....many thai owners DO HAVE OVEN BUT NOT DISHWASHERS.
That problem is easily solved by just asking owner to provide one dishwasher. Usually asians washed their plates with their hands.....dishwashers are simply an unessential component in an asian kitchen.
With that ......always NEGOTIATE WITH THE OWNER.
Thai people are very compromising folks ❗️❗️
@@TheNarrowGate - A good point, well made. I'm sure you have to anticipate many diverse questions from your viewers. Our friend with the capital letters seems to have a "thing" about dishwashers, mentioning them no less than 4 times! He/she might not like dishwashers, but then they may like certain features which other viewers don't like! It's swings and roundabouts! Each to their own! Live and let live! 😄
