What a nice "fireside chat" episode, - just you and the camera, good lighting and relaxing storytelling. Loved the music, the unfiltered "spilling the beans" of the channel journey. One thing I thought of, - As youtube has an automatic voice to subtitle system, maybe they "demote" videos that has cursing/swearing words in them . (less interesting for the ad companies = less interesting for youtube to promote). I cant remember if you use the F word or other words in your videos, but that could maybe affect ranking? Just a thought, - anyway, beautiful episode - and happy to hear that you are continuing your 4 year journey 🙂

@@RockWILK think i figured out the watch hrs thing. My yr is tapering off on my yt quota and im loosing watch hrs quikly. Idk but ive had spurts of hrs throughout the year and depending hrs per day 🤷just had wondered that before. Thank You
@@DroseMr I have no idea how that works, but the only thing I definitely know is that you have to post videos very consistently to keep your watch hours growing. Unless you have old videos that people go to all the time, if you don’t post new videos you’re not gonna have any watch hours, and as time goes by, you’ll actually lose them.
