- A movie theater currently has 180 seats filled, representing 60% of its total capacity. What is the total capacity of the movie theater?
In this video, we use an equation (part over whole equals percent over 100) to solve for this type of math question. Knowing this concept is key for helping you pass the GED math test or the HiSET math test.

Other concepts would be probability, distance, and percent increase/ decreased. Sorry for alot of concepts being requested by me. I just want to understand them more and be prepared for when I do my test. Nonetheless, learning new concepts not only will help me solve questions but also getting to understand them further. 👍😊

I have my GED Math scheduled for January 12th and I'm so nervous. I have a Texas Instruments Tl-30X (roman numeral 2) S Calculator.. but for safety sake i may invest in the one you have here, that your able to use for the test

I heard you say in the video a calculator could be used for the HISET math test. Does that apply for home test takers as well?
At home, you will use the calculator provided on the computer.
