I procrastinated for like 3 years.. I have only studied once a day and passed 3/4 and am taking my last one today. Anyone can do it don’t wait trust me.

@@Matthew750-4 i also suck at math, it was my worst subject in school, but after brushing up and studying even for a couple weeks, i promise you it is so much easier than you think. Trust me, the worst that can happen is you fail the first few times and brush up on what you dont know. you never know if you dont try, trust me you got this

@@suprewicked_li3s902 I recommend looking for adult education centers near you. They will normally give you free classes & pay for your tests & practice tests. I also recommend test prep champions & the chemistry tutor I think is his name for TH-cam studying. Specifically math.
@@suprewicked_li3s902 ofc!👌 I plan on making a yt vid on it…for a short answer though I took placement tests and just learned what I failed on them. The exact books I used was the GED prep book and TABE skills workbooks. You could also just take the GED and get a report back of areas you missed and watch videos and stuff to learn it. Hope that helps..😅

Congrats brother im turning 21 soon and I want to get mine before that day to accomplish it as the older person I am now because when I was in high school I thought all of it was hard not knowing I just had a weak mindset and anything is possible so I know I’ll be able to get it done hope anyone who sees this gets on the grind as well 💯

I'm studying algebra again, it's challenge but I'm getting through it, I'm in a similar position as you where I'm homeschooled and yeah I'm pretty much academically literate to anything past 8th grade lmao.

I stopped going to school in the 7th grade. I was sooo behind on everything. I am trying to get my ged/hiset on the same program. I've been studying for about 1 month, hopefully next month, I should be ready.

I used to think like you, until I learned and realized that a GED doesn’t determine either my capacity, ability, and commitment to learn and work nor my worth. My four jobs which I earned without a GED are my accomplishments. :)

Ask your school if theirs an online program to do school before you do ged. GED is not as easy as it sounds I have many friends who are taking the ged depending on which state they have certain requirements like going to certain places to take test etc when you can just get your diploma doing online school work talk to your guidance counselor or any counselor at your school.

I used the GED certificate i got from an online vendor to get into a nursing program here in Ohio. I know alot of people using online GED to get a job and it works all the time. I recommend you find someone legit to help you create a certificate

My sister also got her ged certificate from Cyber credible online and he sent the hard copy of the certificate to her address

I had to leave school at the beginning of 11th grade. I’ve been out of school for 5 years now, and I’m really trying to re-learn everything! I don’t just want to pass, I want to score 175-200! Your experience is so inspiring! What do you recommend to achieve this?!
Little heads up guys: in some states - california being one - you dont need a GED to enter community college if you are 21 or older. i dropped out of hs, went to college of san mateo at 21, then transferred to ucla. but congrats on getting it done. dont stop there, because in 2024 a GED is pretty much meaningless. and dont stop an AA either. good luck. ganbatte

I’m struggle with RLA for final test. I failed six times after final exam. I passed math, science, and social studios. There’s one more RLA, but I still struggling 😢

I had to wait until 16 bc the age to take the GED test is 16 (in my country). Science, math, it was very easy for me. Bc I studied chemistry, biology and physics since I was in 5th grade. I'm 14 now. 2 years left yikes💁 (also Congrats)

You said it was 40$, on the website, for GED+ they want to charge 120$ something per subject and there's 4 subjects. You can get a bundle for 450$

@@AnitaMckean I’m going into a county law enforcement job. They do a very deep dive into the background and they actually verify the education so that’s not going to happen I’m going to be a deputy sheriff so I cant do that unfortunately
@@AnitaMckean so do majority of regular 9-5 jobs like retail stores do deep background checks if you truly have an education and not just lying ? Also what about places like Amazon ? I’m just trying to lie on my resume because most of these jobs are asking for too many unfair requirements like years of experience.

GED is just for science, English, math, and social studies, its a Highschool diploma equivalent. Cybersecurity would be something you’d have to take college classes for
