Check out "Regardes les hommes tomber". I saw them live two years ago and I swear the drummer blasted for 50 minutes straight. They play Black Metal/Blackened Hardcore. It was crazy!

As a drummer - I've been playing metal for 15 years and I can't come close to that. I remember trying to cover Honeycomb and it destroyed me lmao. Over the past year, I've been learning something new (ankle technique) that allows blasting like this for long periods, but it's insanely difficult to master. I have so much respect for Daniel, or any metal/extreme/black metal drummer etc.

This was not a good band mix. This crowd is dead, as Deafheaven takes patience to listen to and fully appreciate. This is a Knocked Loose crowd, used to being lead by the leash into straight-forward breakdowns.

To be fair, Deafheaven were really out of place on this tour (supporting Knocked Loose alongside Headbussa). The crowd was confused hardcore kids. Loved every second though.
