These areas are not developed due to IT boom like said in Interview by some Tamil settler... these Jubilee hills Banjara Hills are developed after the Telugu film industry shifted here from Chennai in 80s.... You know one thing there is a Bungalow in Coimbatore built by a business magnet for around 275 crores. But his business is in Mumbai too which make him more richer than he was before. Mr.Mukesh Ambani's wife Mrs.Nita Ambani's 50th Birthday they spent Rs.220 crores in 2013. If your Banjara people spent this much sure they too richest than Financial Capital of India Mimbai. I was challenged by a Mumbaikar friend that no where in India we will get potable water throughout the year. There is no water problem in Mumbai. May be your Banjara Hills n Jubilee hills too has 24×7 water facilities.
