Every time I see Lincoln give a lot of kisses, sometimes I think to myself, how I forget to share, how I forget to thank people, how I forget to give affection, even just a bit. But Lincoln always remember, to give love, affection, and gratitude to everyone around him. Not just Lincoln, everyone who has same condition as he is, does that, in their own way, their special way. Lincoln have a very big heart. That's what makes it special. You are the luckiest mom in the world, to have such a beautiful and pure little boy who soon will be a man.

As a nutritionist I wanted to say that especially for women, intermediate fasting can sometimes do more harm than good because for our hormone system regular food intake can be essential. Just a reminder to listen to your body, carefully. Much love!
You make a good point... I'm a diabetic with stage 4 kidney disease... and I LOVE intermittent fasting! There are any number of eating patterns I can choose from, and my medical team monitors it consistently. I highly recommend NOT doing it on your own, but definitely SO worth trying!-- easiest 30 pounds I ever lost, and I only have 70 left to lose! Oddly enough, I have more energy, too! Lol

Hey Amanda, Great video… you always make a normal day seem fun and enjoyable… I wanted to give you a heads up… my Husband and I bought a mini portable washing machine at a Garage sale…it’s very small, it will fit in your shower or you can use it outside… I looked it up on Amazon and it’s very very affordable, you might consider getting 2. It will wash three pairs of jeans at once, or 7-8 shirts. You could rig up a clothes line between two trees. Just a thought for those days when you don’t want to go to the laundry mat. Also, like to exercise but don’t want to go to the gym everyday, so I take 20 minute BRISK walks in my neighborhood. Just a few ideas to make life easier… Love you all ❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰
