Something I've noticed about your parenting (and something I think we can all learn from) is that you never, EVER dismiss anything your kids say. You listen and make them feel like what they have to say is important (even if it's perhaps a little silly haha) and I admire you so much for it. You're raising some gorgeous kids, inside and out.

You should use muffin papers sprayed with nonstick for your egg bake too save on clean up.

Everything looked yummy! I make egg & olive salad. Chopped up hard boiled eggs, chopped green olives and mayonnaise. But you’d looked good, too. Blessings

I make those egg biscuits for my family and used to make them for work occasionally. I would love the recipe for the muffins. Those look delicious and would probably be another way to get my 11 year old daughter to eat more bananas since she needs to eat more than the average person (has a health issue).
