    I've stopped taking caffeine/ coffee as pre-workout and started taking coconut water and coconut malai. And vitamins like Czinc and b complex series with Calcium D3.. it works as charm for me. It's natural as it is.

      I feel you should alwaz take all these suppleemnts in natural form not supplements .. specially antioxidants like vit D & b1 .. antioxidants alwaz natural form .. cz supplemnt form will harm yu in long run

      @@MohsinKhan-oo7et natural form in limited is not bad, this are dietary supplements, of medical grade. CZ is good in Natural form, but when you're in Calorie deficit, of you're doing intermittent fasting or prolonged fasting, you need these supplements to boost your workout

      @@PiyushKumar-jy1lx it Depends on your Lifestyle, if you're doing night shifts, you already have lots of caffeine in your system, hence it should not be added in your pre-workout blend! Some of them might also cause high heart rate and dehydration! Hence you can take black coffee seperately if you want to have. But adding too much of caffeine in pre-workout is a filler! Drink coffee for caffeine.
      I have to do night shifts, hence I don't take coffee as pre-workout to avoid sleep issues. Akshay sir is right in terms of adding to much caffeine;n pre-workout!

    Talking about banned preworkouts from early 2000s, there was a preworkout called Dark Rage by MHP. It had erythropoietin precursors which would signal the body to increase RBC production. As a result, the pumps one would experience while working out would be rock hard. One would feel that the muscles would burst open even. There was loads of other ‘patent pending’ stuff added to it also. Nobody would talk about the strain on the heart as a result of trying to pump extra thick blood, all while being extra exerted during a workout session. There were reports of people fainting in the gym. And the bottle would even come with a serious warning not to exceed 1 scoop whatsoever may be the case. Back then, I wouldn’t take any other preworkout. Just imagine, that even 3 scoops of N.O Xplode (Ronnie’s Dosage) and Jack3d, wouldn’t give me the results Dark Rage was giving me (Pump chahiye bhai attitude). Some years after, they changed the formulation, upon FDA’s intervention; and later altogether went out of the market. Yes, as u rightly said back in those times there wasn’t a lot of awareness about these. Marketing gimmicks were at an all time high and the awareness was very low.

    I am about to Take GNC Pro Pre Workout Suppliment And before that yesterday I consumed little from a Lamboda Pree Work, a foreign co. In fact less than 1/2 scoop even.... The Work out was fabulous. My BP Heart rate all coming normal absolutely Am taking BP medication too very minor dose. But I hv some sort of tiring shaking kind of side effects feeling crash in the afternoon especially after workout

I am telling you by the Grace of GOD I hv been exercising with BP medication since 2022 by the Grace of GOD and All is Well rather after Workout I don't need even BP medicine. All is well nicely controlled & managed & body has been Acquainted by the Grace of GOD❤

      Hi, I ordered two boxes of this pre-workout and had it today for first time, 30 minutes before work-out. I became restless, feeling jittery, tingling, headache, and anxiety and sweating and feel anxious. I became extremely restless. Can explain how ill I became having it.

    I am 37 years old and 242 lbs (110 kgs) and started my weight loss journey again after 7 years!!! I am not able to work out with the same intensity as I would when I was 30.. I was in food shape and double digit weight back then....My coach says I am doing really well considering my weight, the gap and my age and I can see changes as well...Probably i have just started again after a long time, so its going to take time to build stamina and get back to lifting little more heavier!!! Should I take a pre workout temporarily, probably on leg days mainly, because i train legs twice a week, until i don't loose some kilos and workout heavy initially... I have been a regular smoker from 2009 and i quit in July 2023 , so i can break the habit and discontinue pre-workouts once I reach certain weight..Can someone please suggest if I should go for a pre-workout or not??

    Should i go for a fat burner/cutter..I dint have a pleasant experience with fat cutters, so kind of not interested to go in that direction!!

    Sir jst had a query....is it ok to have honey pro with hot black coffee....as i read somewhere that when raw unpasteurized unheated honey is added to anything hot...its beneficial compounds r destroyed...thus reducing its medicinal properties.Please sir enlighten us on this topic🙏

      This is the safest and purest pre workout in the market
      The temporary effect can be due to the fact that u haven't taken a pre workout before
      Also the tingling is due to beta alanine which is again a minor safe effect

    Pump and veins can be seen with less body fat if one wants to get that in the gym so good workout with caffeine for alertness is just enough for most individuals specially normal people goer athelete people may have more requirements of pre workout but not necessary 🙏

    Sir These are the ingredients list that I think must be there in a good pre workout , as per my knowledge which are listed below with their respective amount as per clinical doses :-
    A> ENDURANCE SUPPORT:-
    1. Beta-alanine - 3.5gm
    2. Betaine Anhydrous(TMG) - 1.5gm
    3. BCAA - 5gm
    4. Creatine HCL- 2gm
    5. Boron citrate- 250mg
    B> PUMP SUPPORT
    1. L- citrulline - 3.5gm
    2. L- arginine - 1.5gm
    3. Beet root extract - 500mg
    C> STIMULANT BLEND
    1. Caffeine Anhydrous - 350mg
    2. L-tyrosine - 1gm
    3. D- aspartic acid- 1.5gm
