Installing led without drilling holes is pretty easy by using the USB C port as the power source...the cables are pretty hidden by going through the back of the seat and then under the seat...then hide the cable under the carpet and they can easily attached with velcro wherever you want to install it. I've done it with mine and it took about 30 mins...if yah want to see it I can send photos
Where do you get those light strips that have the same connectors on and in the frunk, did you disable the cigarette lighter outlet? In the rear truck, what light did you disable?
I disconnected the frunk light behind the light housing in the frunk and reconnected it to the leds. An easily reversible job. In the rear trunk I disabled the trunk lights. It’s all explained in the video.
Did you ever think about putting it behind the seats? What where I am thinking about doing it, but not sure if it wood work or block vision or anything!
@@MrMuggs I must of commented this when I was drunk lolol none of my message makes sense. I ended up putting lights behind the seats and in the side intakes. They are subtle but I love them!
Good video. Straight forward and detailed enough for anyone with a bit of common sense. I like the way you color matched the lighting to your paint. I personally would probably use bright white in the cargo areas just for practicality. I've also learned to use disposable gloves when handling adhesion promoter sponges. Helps avoid those sticky fingers and getting it on the rest of the work from your hands.
install was easier than trying to figure out the app once everything is hooked up. I can never get the lights to turn on or off consistently. Anyone else have the same issue? suggestions are welcomed.

OK that looks like something that I would do to my C8 just got it only had it about five weeks and It looks like an easy how to job I did buy a High wing for my C8 that I need to put on though #torah57mitch

Since mine plugged into existing harnesses, it can be reversed very easily. Plus, I like that they timeout.
Great job, I have been looking to do this, Great work. Thanks
Looks great

Westcoastvorvettes.com I believe…

Actually not, but interesting.

Maybe the autocorrect autouncorrected. LoL. I bet they produce a great effect.
Nice work bro. Where did you get those rapid blue floor mats
They’re actually gray, from GM. The lights made them appear blue. I love that effect myself. Thanks for watching.
Nice .job!
Very good video!👍

Looks Great! Do you have a link for the lights?
It seemed to have dropped off from the site. They likely sold out. Sorry. Thanks for watching my video.
looks good. ill consider it thanks
Can you change the brightness of the light? Nice job btw !
No, brightness cannot be adjusted. But for the ones in the engine compartment, they can. See it on my other video.
They only turn on when you open the doors? They don’t stay on while you drive the car?
They time out after a few minutes, which is great for the battery.
You do a good job explaining installation 👍
Thank You
Looks good! Did you do the engine compartment lighting or was that stock?
Stock..and I’m still pondering a solution.

Using the app is definitely a chore. I still have trouble if I find myself having to make an adjustment.
Can you send me some quality installer names or led companies
Frankly, I wouldn’t really know of any since I do my own work. I understand some LED jobs can get quite complex, though.
