    Some friends frequented a Thai restaurant that had giant jar of chili mix up on counter. They would ask how many spoons customers wanted. These guys would leave with sweat stripes down their back.

    What aromatics do you use?
    Green onion
    Star anise
    Bay Leaves
    Ginger
    Cinnamon
    Cilantro?

    I understand the logic of using a neutral oil, but since keto and all (😅) I was wondering what if I use tallow for making this? could you try and show us or tell us if you have tried?

    • @misskriss848
      @misskriss848 3 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I think tallow would greatly change the flavor profile, but not necessarily in a bad way. It would depend what you are using the tallow on as the flavor will be more robust and beefy. And, when I render my own beef tallow it cools to a creamy solid so you won't end up with an oil until heated. Sounds like it would be good when added to a bowl of noodles.

    • @gamedaddypk
      @gamedaddypk 3 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      @@misskriss848 and a lot of other nice things, I basically add it(chili oil) to almost everything. but a lot of savory vegetarian dishes will taste awesome with tallow based one. just put it near the stove while cooking or give it a few secs in microwave.
