I agree sunlight is important, however I 100% disagree about stopping using sunglasses. I have blue eyes and there are some days that are just too bright for my eyes even with a hat. I wear them maybe 25% (or less I am forgetful and suffer for it lol) of the time but when I need them I need them.
I have blue eyes and I used to wear sunglasses all the time. I realized that I was dependent on them in situations where other people weren’t. Jessica, love your videos but totally disagree with the sunglasses issue. Hahaha the gala & smokey eyes 😅😂 I have an autoimmune disorder and it affects my eyes. I didn't wear makeup for 2 years. After that, I looked at how I used to do my makeup and just looking at it makes me tired 😂
Your eyes are susceptible to sunburn, ask your eye doctor to explain eye sun damage to you. I let natural light go to my eyes for a maximum of 15 minutes daily then I wear sunglasses
Especially if you drive a lot, the asphalt is really reflective so it can be very dangerous for your eyes to drive without sunglasses. Windows and modern buildings have made this situation worse so maybe back then it was not so bad. Now it is essential for eye health to wear sunglasses.

Lol, we wound up introducing a sippy cup when we absolutely needed something when I was going back to work. My kids had similar reactions to yours with the bottles.

My understanding is that your skin absorbs the sunlight and converts it to Vitamin D so actually it is sunscreen that interferes with Vitamin D conversion. But if you live in an area where it rains a lot you may still need Vitamin D supplements. So important for bone health among other things. ❤
I always wondered why people buy baby food. Why not just chop up smaller portions of whatever the parents are eating? I can't stand make-up so don't wear any of it. I do use sunglasses somtimes, but that's only because they're UK shields and the sun is too bright.
Be carewful with scents. You did not mention this one I think but one thing I recommend not buying are perfumes or any scented things (especially synthetic). A bar of soap or a rag work. It kinda goes back to the idea of changing your pH with vaginal products though. Your skin has a microbiome that helps protect, so if you use a bunch of products it winds up killing off the natural protection and opens you up to fungal and bacterial infections.
Thank you for your video! I like a lot of the tips, but I personally do like to invest in some items. I personally would like for my family to have a second car and I will not borrow my sisters shoes, I like having my own 😂😅

How does this have anything to do with her working outside the home, also why are you implying that working inside the home is less important or of value? Seems like an unnecessary comment.
@@oliviahallum5151 I never said it was less valuable. I’m just saying that she has an ability to do these things mainly because she doesn’t work outside the home. Ya lost me completely at Raw milk. Come on.
You obviously don’t work outside the home, there would be no way you would have time to do all of this if you did.
If she worked outside the home, she wouldn’t have the time to do all these things. So this really doesn’t apply to most people, only to those who are privileged enough to have one partner staying at home all day.
@@PIF95yeah there's no way I'm going to make ice cream and sourdough from scratch after working a full day on top of making dinner. I've got maybe 2.5-3 hours before my bed time to go to work again 😂
