If you want her on field, you can always build her as a crit build... >:)
If you want the disorder damage then I would recommend grinding polychrome's because next update has a new anomaly character that is electric/electro
build your Zhu yuan!, her damage will blow your mind, soldier 11 sucks x'D

A character you can use for Burnice team is Piper. She is a physical anomaly unit and is actually pretty great. Also note that your Lucy is C6 and when she is C6 whenever another character uses their skill, she will rain down a boar. If the skill is held, the boar will constantly rain down. This is great with Piper as well.
I definitely mentioned it at some point! but might have cut it, it's absolutely in the plans to build piper~

DONT BE DISCOURAGED, her best teammate is actually the upcoming electro anomaly Tsukishiro Yanagi, fire and electro are best friends when it comes to anomaly triggers because they trigger the highest disorders

@@RednasYunk You really should pull Yanagi, her dmg mainly comes from Disorder and both Fire and Electric have the highest anomaly damage in the game. The problem with Yanagi/Burnice combo is there are no enemies/boss that has both Fire and Electric weaknesses.
Burnice is the first hoyo character I've spent, like, real money on other than BP/Welkin. Had enough pulls to get her saved up but bought the most expensive monochrome package to get her weapon and managed to get C1 as well :3
She's perfect (as a character. If she was real I'm sure I'd find her insufferable lol)
Also as far as team-mates go, I've found Lucy + Piper to be pretty good (maybe biased because they were my favourite characters in 1.0 as well) and lore-appropriate

Anyway, Yanagi will be the best for Burnice sooner since Burn and Shock are strong amongst the anomalies and Yanagi's kit is in favor of triggering Disorder, she can trigger it 2x so it's really broken. The downside is there is no Boss that has Fire and Electric weakness.
You can either do a Piper team with her or you wait for Yanagi, she is probably tailor made to be in Burnice's team.

Burnice is perfect for Disorder aka Anomaly type 1 + Anomaly type 2 on a single enemy. So It works like this: burn deals DMG over time and Disorder deals all remaining FOR in an instant. So there's big DMG if you deal Burn with Burnice and then do Assault with the Rat
There's 100% more to disorder than that, because Assault doesn't have a damage over time but triggering assault->burn disorder still does the disorder damage. The damage page on the wiki also makes no mention of such a mechanic with disorder, so I'm not sure that what you're saying is true
i always regretted not getting Jane but not because i didn't want to but she skipped me and i had to get caesar, atleast piper is also good
@@TheAngryTrapezoid Basically, when you trigger disorders it consumes the previous anomaly and applies the new one, while simulatenously dealing "Disorder" damage which have the same Base multiplier regardless of which anomalies you inflict. This means ALL the elements in the game can inflict Disorder.
However, when the anomaly you inflict first has DOT effects (shock, burn, corruption), applying a second anomaly will remove the remaining DOT effect and add the damage that you were supposed to do on top of the Base Disorder multiplier. So Assault -> Burn, while still able to trigger Disorder, will do far less damage than Burn -> Assault (because the ticks of burn get frontloaded onto the Disorder proc)
Basically, if you want to deal BIG NUMBER with disorders, try to trigger a second anomaly after shock, burn or corruption as fast as possible

@@TheAngryTrapezoid there is no guide on how to calculate the dmg of Disorder, even the game itself doesn't provide computation.
But i did find some information on reddit that time contributes in maximizing the dmg of Disorder. So if you trigger the 1st anomaly you must pop the 2nd anomaly as quickly as possible to maximize the dmg.
Also Atk stat works on Disorder so put Atk slot on your 1st anomaly then AM on 2nd anomaly.

What I’ve been running as one of my main teams is Burnice in first slot to apply her ignite onto all the enemies. Then i have Jane as my second. Both of them built for anomaly proficiency. Then i have Lucy to help boost damage and for synergy. It’s been a really good team for me
Bases on what the dev said in the last face-to-face video, we can have access to all the character and be able to use them around the city in 1.4.

pen ratio is actually almost as good as fire dmg because pen ignores enemy defense!
Its still sucks tho since so far there is no enemy that has fat def for pen ratio to be useful.
Also Def ≠ Anomaly res.
FYI it's "A rank or higher", so yes, getting an S rank also reset your A-rank-10-pull-pity
This also applies for all other mihoyo games
Also you can check for pity from the number of pull till S rank in the corner, it's 90 for characters and 80 for wengines
It’s actually not the same in other all HoYo games. Though the wording is the same, Genshin and HSR don’t reset the A/4-star pity upon obtaining an S/5-star. ZZZ does though.

HI rednas, thanks for the video! If you're playing burnice in a mono fire team, a crit build will genuine not be too bad. Her off field ticks can crit, and even without any crit investment I can hit 23k from her ticks. Burnice is honestly meant to be played as a disorder character, where teams like burnice+jane/ grace/ piper with a buffer will be her disorder tyype teams.
I read about this!! I'd definitely consider it, I talked about it and must have deleted it but wanted to play her crit already - would we go fire dmg/CR set I run on soldier then?
@@RednasYunk Hi rednas! Yes you would run cr fire damage for slot 4 and 5 on those sets, it does really really well! Hope you all the best in zzz, would love to see you attempt the hollow zero modes!
Oh yeah rednas just for some tips against jane, she's an elite enemy that you will eventually meet in some combat commissions and hollow zero, so the best way to really fight her is really practice against her, the only real tip I have is to keep utilizing dodge counters and perfect dodges, those give i-frames. Also, when jane does her charged attack where she goes in a direction 3 times before leaping into the air for a slam, to not get hit throughout that entire sequence you got to dodge one, dodge counter one (you're fully invisible then), and then dodge/ run out of the way. It does a lot of damage so jane is considered one of the really troublesome enemies to deal with. Hope it helps!
I'd highly suggest Piper with Burnice. Piper is an A-Rank Anomaly Physical, and her playstyle is pretty fun.
Those two + Lucy is by far my strongest team. Piper simply doing Assault Damage on things on her own was already clearing crowds blisteringly fast.
Will add to everyone promoting to use Piper with her by mentioning that pipers energy special counts as separate hits for m6 Lucy boar rain - it is insanely good but you need a lot of energy to utilize 2 burst anomalists in one team

Crit Burnice is actually great too. She's more versatile with crit than with anomaly, but anomaly build does more damage than crit when she's in a disorder team. Her coordinated attack Afterburn crits, and with my crit build (only 90% crit dmg rn) she's doing 20k per afterburn proc and it hits 13 times for 260k total if she crits every afterburn. Idk for sure how much damage her double shot flamethrower does per full hold because i havent spent the time to count how many times it does damage but i VERY ROUGHLY estimate around 20 times, and im doing around 4,500 per instance of damage so ROUGHLY around 90k off of one full hold of double flamethrower. Anomaly build is only great in disorder, whereas her crit build works pretty well as both main dps and off field dps.
got her and her engine in 40 pulls :D
I think the new lady they announced is eletro anomaly, she might be good with Burnice.
I am working my ass for pulls to secure Burnice, also lost my 50/50 ... for a Grace 😢.
I lost all my 50/50 on this game. Lost the shark girl to Lycaon, them get Zhu Yuan. Lost Jane Doe to Soldier 11, but was able to secure Jane Doe. Now lost my Burnice to Grace, but i am grinding everything to get my girl.
Also got Koleda and Nekomata's weapon on the regular banner 😂😂😂
Only missing Rina and Nekomata.

Just started ZZZ myself and also was chosen to walk the path of fire. Got Soldier 11 from the 50 Beginner Pulls and Burnice after one 10 pull. 😂
Some 1 migth have said it alredy but you can see when your getting closer ti your next Srank in the lower rigth corner

I wanted Burnice so bad I got both her and her W engine lvl 60 day 1. Also m2 with all her core skills unlocked. Currently for me Burnice is m4 and I am going for m6.
I have around the same amount of polychrome as you in this video, but i was lucky enough to get her in the 20 free tapes I've saved, didn't have to touch my poly. While i would have loved to get more Lucy i only got one i believe, and i wanted to save my gems since i already won Benice

Burn feels weaker because it's damage over time, rather than a huge burst like physical

17:45 Wow, I don't watch Rednas's Zenless videos, but I guess unlike myself who's been pulling for everyone, Rednas has been more focused
My experience has instead been being carried by Zhuyuan-Qingyi-Nicole, with no fire and physical characters built (and have neither fire standard 5 stars).
Maybe someday I'll finally have a team good enough for Hollow Zero to finally unlock those polychromes from using the resonia.
I got Jane, but her disc grind has been painful!!!

i got Burnice and was 4 pulls away from the next A-Rank, did 3 single pulls and got Lycaon, not only i take that as a win since i still didnt have him, the next one is guaranteed.
Probably save for Lighter, i dont know if i want Yanagi yet, since Jane Doe is going to be my main Anomaly DPS frorever.

Was at 56 pity, lost the 50/50 to Koleda. Now at 67 pity for the guarantee. Burnice is the first limited to wipe me out, and it's gonna be tight in terms of Polychromes to pull her as a F2P before the banner expires. Literally, pulling once a day is like pulling teeth...

Burnice unfortunately is kinda dookie in pure fire team. Fire anomaly is a dot and if you reapply it before it runs out you don't get any extra dmg it sucks unless you clear it first with disorder. If you end up leveling Piper you can swap Soldier 11 and Burnice will go beast mode, plus you can experience spin2win gaming.
Tbh I disagree, she was helping my fire team clear faster than Koleda 🤷
Are her other options better? Yeah, but if Mono fire is your best team she's not useless on it

@@lindblumpickles3407 Sorry but that's cope mate. Yeah ofc the limited S-rank dps will help you clear faster than the standard banner mid stunner. Doesn't mean it's not incredibly subpar compared to a team comp she's meant for.

Welp I’m using Caesar and Lucy for her team mates and I also have her at M2 and let me tell ya she goes bbbbbrrrrrrr😅 congrats on getting her she’s really fun
I've lost every 50/50 so far, so I also went Broke for Burnice. I also don't have a great team for her so I'm somewhat regretting my decision.

As usual in any action game, anyone can be a dps, I've seen Soukaku dps runs and man do they do alot of dmg even as a support.
Since you don't have Jane try to pair her up with Piper because Piper also deals tons of Physical damage :)

I do love zzz but I found it so confusing to play and the interface is just chaos, so I stopped after like 2 weeks. I also play on my mobile so I don’t know if that made it worse, maybe I’ll play again one day but in the meantime I enjoy watching you play as the fire characters are my favourites aswell 👍🏻🔥
i agree with the interfaces being a bit confusing, especially if you're just starting out and have no prior gacha experience - but you can get used to it over time! they're doing a ton of QoL as well so there's a change it gets an overhaul and becomes more clear in the future c:
