Guys you need to be patient, the solution drips through sink/milk component first, and after approx. 10 min it transitions to run through coffee dispenser part. Both descaler light and first milk light should blink through entire process
Once its done refill with water to max and press 2nd milk button

I am following the steps but the machine is not rinsing through the coffee spout ever. Just the milk spout. Please advise
Same issue- were you able to figure out how to get it to run through the main machine?
@@jessicastanley1879 apparently you have to keep on watching first it will rinse through the milk frother part and then it will move on to the coffee side. it will take time but it will get there eventually
First two light descale and rinse both bunk 2 times and can’t get it to work help I’m about to throw it away

@nespresso, i recommend putting this video wirh your descaling videos playlist. I had to jump from whatever playlist was on your descaling kit boxes to here. Might make it easier.

I'm looking for a container like you used in the video for the liquid to pour into. I don't have anything like that in my home. Do you know what you used in the video, or can you recommend something?
Set the coffee maker over the sink. Eject directly into sink.

After using the descaling liquid for the first time and when filling it back up to the max level with clean water it always leaves around 400ml in the tray, Just about same amount from the descale level to the max level. Is it meant to do this

It is frustrating that the machine locks at the first sign of the descaling button. This happened when I went to make lattes for company. I don't have 30 minutes to do this descaling thing while company waits. Maybe a warning period?? I will just use my Keurig since it never fails me. I'll descale this thing tomorrow and hopefully it works. Some of the other comments below don't seem promising. I also have barely used this machine so I'm surprised it already needs descaling.

I had this, after waiting 25 minutes. it’s like it paused so you can empty a container… I pressed the middle button once and it started up again….
Machine descaled for some moments but is now quiet for 30 minutes, with descaling light flickering and cappuccino light stable. What is wrong!?

My latissimo will not process the solution. It spit out a little bit from the attachment in the front and that was it. Will not process

Machine is locked until you descale? Fine… loads video… *annoyingly friendly voice - “it will take 20 minutes…” I want my coffee NOOOWWWWWW!!!!!!!!

Uk after running through discaler it just flashes and does nothing. Wtf just have a separate button rather than press this while standing on yer head with a widget back here do this and dance the Marenga
