I give OnePlus credit for making these two phones explicitly different. The choice is clear ✅

    Watching on a N30.
Appreciate the honesty in this video.
I don't make videos. Lack the tech know how.
But I buy a shite ton of phones because I want to know.
Some may say WTF for spending so much.
But you can't take it with you in the end and the phones make good gifts.
    On the N30.
It honestly loads up slower than the 10t, 10pro, or the 11.
But once it is loaded I can't tell the difference.
Ram on this low price device.
This device that I have in my hands comes with 8gb of ram. Plus 8gb of virtual ram.
    So effectively 16gb ram.
The physical system of this device is commendable. I would happily recommend this phone over any and I mean ANY Samsung phone of any price.

Being a OP device I can understand your sentiment.
Being a android device it requires more ram than iPhone.
Not trying to start a iOS vs android thing but truth is truth.
iOS just simply requires much less ram to perform at the same level.
Having said that. When properly equipped, android devices are quite nice. And once all my iPhones are no longer usable I will be using OP phones.
Apple removing sim trays in the USA but giving the rest of the world sim trays just did them in for me. Purchased a reconditioned 13 pro max that I had no interest in because it had a sim tray and was from Amazon so Apple didn't get money on the purchase. Yes I know Amazon is no better.
So I could keep my iP as long as possible and started looking in to android in again.
Had looked at OP in the past so thought I'd look there again and glad I did because their devices are comfortably equipped with enough ram etc to allow android to run comparably to iOS on a newer device.
I know OP is sister company to OPPO and another Co, I've never used those devices. But I'm thoroughly impressed with OP.
Unless OP makes a radical pivot. When my iPhone is no longer usable OP devices will take their place.
      Except iPad.
Don't buy the cell model iPads so unless Apple figures out a way to screw themselves on the wifi only iPad I'll still be buying them for a long while.

The cameras on the N30 looks right down stupid. There's no need to make them huge like that. The 200 megapixel camera on the Galaxy S23 Ultra doesn't even look that big. It's a stupid gimmick to make ppl think "Wow, these are big powerful cameras!"

Two good phones. I love that the company took there time and built something that lasts. I've heard that N300 had stuttering issues which I can see since it only has 4 gigs of ram. Great review!

Frr that's what I hate about budget phones. The cameras and no good cases. Before I had to sell my galaxy and iPhone I was so use to just picking up an OtterBox at Walmart for 10 dollars and now I'm like Amazon....hello!!?????? Any cases that don't look like scams 😂

  • @courtcox7075

I got an n30 a few months ago because I had to sell my iPhone 12 and my galaxy s21 cause I messed up my money but I still needed a phone and metro was handing the n30s out for the free. So I grabbed one and well 3 months later I could be have gotten a new phone but this one is honestly...... It's fine lmao. I hate the camera coming from iphones and flag ship Samsungs this n30 is horrible but that's all miss. I thought not being water proof would bother me but I still take it in the shower hell it was free .... But still works. Now I don't submerge it hahaha but it takes splashes ok. I honestly forget it's not waterproof then I'm like oh yikes but it's still good! It probably has a slight ip they just don't say it.
I LOVE how fast this phone charges. I thought my s21 was fast I was wrong. I might buy a one plus pro phone next. They might have gotten themselves a new customer!

With all the moaning that goes on over refresh rates.
I am soooo happy that my eyes can not tell the difference between 60, 90 or 120.
I just turn fast refresh off so that my devices all run at 60 and I think I could probably run even slower refresh times. If it were possible to do that.

It might be one of the most pointless and useless feature all these companies are chasing. It’s meant for games and 4k video so having it on a cheap budget performing phone it makes literally no sense since those phones aren’t powerful enough to take advantage. Ohhhh, it makes the scrolling smoother and thus faster feeling. Another useless feature as you can simply go into developer options and reduce the animation speeds. It accomplishes the exact same end result.
