I managed to bend the little retainer clip that holds the diffuser plate and now it the plate won't stay in place. Can you show what the shape of it is supposed to be?

Hi there, i removed the diffuser plate, and cleaned it thoroughly and placed it back as per your instruction. However, I noticed that the hot option of my genio s does not seem to work even when pressed, and water still leaks out from the diffuser, was wondering if buy another diffuser is worth it in the first place, or should I just replace with a new one?

Hi, i have oblo and it stuck, the pump is sound but no water. I want to try removing it diffuser plate, is that use the same way to do it? I was try but no luck.

Unfortunately it doesn't work for the newest model of Krups dolce gusto genio s plus.

Can you give me a reason why my hot and cold lever won’t stay in place in either hot or cold, but bounces back to the middle.?
I’ve descaled the machine and cleaned the hole with the needle.

Hi My Dolce Gusto .was leaking water from the top. I then found the pin 😮 for cleaning the Injection needle . But I had to try and get the needle out but it won't drop down, so I just ran vinegar direct in to the water Intake then used the pin from the out side and up from where you would have the up. Refilled the water tank and after a few Refills its now working again.

Hi, I tried putting back the filter plate but it didn't properly go in and now it's jammed and won't come back out or allow the capsule tray in, please help!

Thank you for this easy open trick, it is now out and deep descaling , before I might just get a new replacement along with new water seals for the tank 🤟🏻

You did not put the back part in correctly. Remove it again and put it with the back part first.

Hi, when i put back the plate, the back didn't attach properly but the front clicked and now I can get it to come off. I've tried wiggling the paper clip and pushing it harder but nothing seems to work. Any tips? Thanks!

My doesn't come off ,I have tried again with a needle and pushed with another tool and in the end come off
I have followed the above video, the motor is still running but still no water coming out,,,what do you suggest ?
check the inside of the needle that it is not blocked. You must see trough it.
I cleaned the disc but still no water comes out. But the pressure works fine since there is sound. What could possibly be the problem? Mine is dolce gusto minime delonghi. Would appreciate a reply thanks

Hi Jill ! The guy here :) by hearing the pump does not mean that it works. Your problem could be by multiple causes. 1. Airlock - meaning you have a air buble in the system and you need to force water again in the pump. I have a video on my channel on this topic. 2. You have limescale in the diffuser plate or hoses. Use vinegar to clean hoses and use the provided tool to clean the needle. Again I have a video on this topic. 3. Clean the pump of limescale or rust. Also for this I have a video on the cannel. Good luck and let me know if you manage to fix your machine .
it doesn't come off, i tried needle, I only Pierced something in
Mine doesn't get back in properly. When I push it up it doesn't make the click sound, nor does it stay in place. Whenever I make coffee it drops down again and I have to drag it out with a lot of force. Can you help me with this?
Most likely you have bent the retainer clip. Try puting it back in place!

@@karluv92 I had to glue it back, this did the trick. It has been working fine for months now.
I managed to eventually detach my plate and it had white gunk in it...I cleaned it out and hope I won't need a new one but can't try it until I get another gasket for the water tank...poor Mr Gusto...

Can you please help me, I put the plate incorrectly with the front part firstly and now it is stuck :( Did this ever happen to you? I am trying to do the same with the needle but it just won’t release the plate. Please please what can I do?
Yes...it happens. Push the release clip and wiggle the diffuser. It will eventually come off.

You don't even need the paperclip, between the wather cup and the body of the machine is a small wire cercle with an strait end, especially for this. Anyway, I almost bought another espresso machine thank you very much
That wire circle you are referring at is to be inserted in the nidle of the diffuser to unclog it of limescale. Use a paperclip and you will not bend the circle wire you refer at.
Mine either keeps falling out or the needle gets stuck in the capsule

How to remove capsule which is stuck
Wiggle the capsule tray and continuously hit the machine over the head.

When you push it back in try to wiggle the plate a little bit
