Quarter-turns on the inside and outside in a triangle. Excellent. I'll add this in to my workout, nice idea. Seen you at work with JV3, good stuff. cheers bro
That footwork is so clean. Are there any simpler more repetitive exercises you did to build that kind of fluidity? I'd love to work my way up to being able to move like that so my feet don't act like bricks anymore.
Its all good whatever works for you, like I said, I wouldn't do these in a real fight! You know everybody has their own way of style! sorry if i offended you!
Good drill but if you came Across a kickboxer, he'll break your lower leg, for its a easy target for low round house! But a good drill that I wouldn't use in a real fight! Preferrably like the muy thai stance square up!
I misspelled "food" for footwork ok, sorry! The moves are like dancing too far apart in a fight in my opinion, in a fight, some guy will chop those legs off real quick! Nevertheless its a good cardio moves....
I agree this routine could be helpful to develop moving skills, but seems the guy is not a boxer. he might be a fitness boxer (to much heel steps, to low and wide boxing stance not adequate to his weight). so just take into account the drill, but no copy all ;-)
***** Makr wide and low stances are adopted my tall fighters with a long reach to create power and have agility! One perfect example Conor McGregor! You can't agree with someones tips then slate them haha! People have unorthodox techniques!
your videos are the best footwork videos on youtube. many many thanks.

Can you tell me why are you making every step inside with the heel and not with the toes?
Hi Nate have you ever done any fighting in the past
What does the cones represent?
Can someone explain the practicality of the drill?
its a good drill . but if he gets caught with a punch while stepping on his heel like that. he's gonna go down for sure .
+Mon Ursino Briones How so? it looks like he's on his toes the whole time. where do you see his heel go down and which step?

is all about eventualy achieving your own style that works for you though naturaly gain control of your own style

Anyone else were dancing instead of watching? lol

Yes this is nothing like muy thai, not hating alright! But your stance are too far apart, this is food for dance floor moves not in a fight!
Was thinking the exact same thing when you said that his stance is too far apart. Nevertheless it seems like a good workout.
I didn't know what he meant buy food dance floor, footwork is good, except I think, in my opinion, that it's too wide. It's just an opinion.
