i got in the ring recetly to spar with a friend of mine who's being doing it for a while...and suffice it to say i have a whole new appreciation for exercises like these
thanks for tips man im a self trained boxer and after doing this for a week i can definitely feel a difference , i would really appreciate it if u could do a video on some advanced footwork drills
Thanks Sammie. Great simple drills I have now incorporated these drills into my sprint routine, afterward. I would like to see more variety in a later video. Master division competitive boxer
Good thing you said to go slow at first. Having gotten tendonitis before from training, I can say I now appreciate going at slower paces at new drills. Injuries take precious time out of training.
Thanks for the awesome video man. I really want boost my agility for tournament sparring. (Im a 1st degree black beltin Isshynryu karate.) Thanks for the help bro, greatly appreciated. Two thumbs up!
You probably be better laying some tape down, don't want anybody rolling their ankle on the rope, but it does give you a sense of urgency not to mess up. Using the tape some guys could get lazy and not pick their feet up, so give and take, pick your poison.
Hey Fam, I really appreciate this info. I have the entire set up at the crib, 6 different size speed bags, 100lb heavy bag, the mitts, Slip bag, but I need guidance and help.
DO NOT DO THIS SHIT! reason why once you make a mistake and step on that rope you're going to twist your ankle! I made this mistake many many years ago with a client! . there is no reason for you to have to use a rope use a straight line use a tape you something with a flat surface but a rope is an extremely bad idea

Correct, but it is good for agility and it helps you get you bearing straight if you do get crossed up, because it could happen.
