Same here! That's what makes the first 3 games feel extra special. The objects Nate was chasing were either cursed or granted some type of power. I seriously wish they continued with that in U4.
@@thefoxygamer1536 If I remember correctly, during the last chapters of the game, Nate or Elena joke about "Pirate ghosts", which could've been a good supernatural element for the game I think.

I always find it awesome how the supernatural elements come out of nowhere in the games. Like there's no build up to it or nothing. Just pulling the rug out from underneath you like in From Dusk Till Dawn. Starts out a crime movie and then the third act turns it into a supernatural horror movie
This is what was missing in A Thief's End. There was always some type of mystical myth tied to the objects Nate was chasing, and it's too bad they didn't continue with that in U4.
They could have made a story similar to the Pirates of the Caribbean: the Curse of the Black Pearl. So basically that some treasure Henry Avery and the rest of the Pirates took was cursed that it turned them to living skeletons. It could have been even more awesome that these skeletons would only come to life during night or in the dark. This would have made part 4 even better than it is now!
@@tinsujster240I always think the less whimsical and more "reallistic" approach of A Thief's End story is because they change the writer in the middle of the game development, if the writer stay same as Uncharted 1-3 maybe we get to see Nate pirate-fencing some living skeletons

Lazarvich has the most gruesome death as he's immortal and can't escape the Shambala guardians
