Welding a Quarter panel on my VW Scirocco

Nice work there with the repairs and condensing many hours of work into a five minute video really showed the progress well.
But please put a guard on that angle grinder. Have you ever seen one of these cutting wheels explode? I've had two explode on me and because I have a guard on my grinder, the shrapnel flew away from me harmlessly. Get one of these cutting wheels explode in your face and you can lose an eye. Someone had that happen to them already. Very nasty. Please work safely! All the best from Queensland Australia.

Looking good but you have the wrong front grilles for an r-line, you have honeycomb and it should be slats.

We currently don't have enough space to do customer cars. Once we expand the bodyshop we will take on outside jobs.

@@dmtoozer LEGEND has it thats impossible i am robot programmer at factory. and ive seen bodyshop industry butcher work behind the scenes using speed grip and weak butt welds with no support and not enuff spot welds pileing filler to hide things 😶😉
