New Trailing Arm Bushing from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1AAX...
This video shows you how to replace the rear trailing arm bushing on your 1997-2001 Honda CR-V. Rear trailing arm bushings cushion the movement of the suspension and hold the wheel in the correct position. Clunking sounds or a shimmying feeling while driving can indicate that your rear trailing arm bushings require replacement.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    1997 Honda CR-V
    1998 Honda CR-V
    1999 Honda CR-V
    2000 Honda CR-V
    2001 Honda CR-V

Very good depiction of the way a home mechanic actually has to do things. I loved it. Thanks for sharing

I’ve never been as calm as you when replacing those I’m assuming you cut out the video clips were you hammered that phuker on while cussing to get it started on the trailing arm

thanks for your vid very helpful.
I find that breaking each bolt / nut by hand and then using air once they are free saves the heads.

Awesome! Gonna bite the bullet and buy the tool for $90. I have watched so many other videos with people hammering and banging and trying to get it to work.
For removal, it seems that a quick cut with the sawzall through the bushing is the primary method.

    I like the creativity
On the eric the car guy video he said as long as it’s flat with the outside of the arm, it’s good to go

What sign indicates a bad lower trailing arm bushing? Squeaky on bumps?

After seeing this might as well fill the old ones with 3m window weld and never have to replace them again lol

I didn’t torque my lug nuts to the specific specs but “I did the best I can” and when I drive, my wheels fell off 😅

Yeah try doing this on a Midwest vehicle where everything is rusted to shit from road salt and all bolts need to be torched to break free and some still snap off then you spend hours drilling out broken bolts. Fuk this, I'll get a new car.
