Watching you struggle to get these flat metal charms to work and I'm just yelling at my screen about how you need a charm curver! I got myself a few of them a while back. You lay the charm in the groove on the bottom piece, then press the top piece onto the charm and it bends the charm to better fit a high C curve. So useful for all these flat charms. Beautiful celestial set, Megan! I'm feeling more and more drawn to trying dip powders for protection purposes....as I get older, my nails seem to get thinner and I'm so over it.

I actually do have one of those but whenever I try and use it, it isn't a strong enough curve to actually curve the pieces because they're so small that when I press it they just kind of squish in the bottom and they don't really make a curve and so it's just too frustrating for me to deal with it. But absolutely dip does make a really great shell on your nails. Sometimes people even will put a little layer of dip and then put their press-ons on top of that.
