Megan, this set is SO COOL! You really killed it with the stamped nails, wow! After watching multiple people use clear charms to swatch their gels and polishes, I would maybe try giving the koi charms a thin layer of subtle color on the undersides to make them a little more visible. 🐟

hey girl hey, thank you for touching bases on this issue, allergy is something very scary to develop especially doing something you really love!!

I love that I did a google search for high C curve full cover tips and your video came up with all the info I need! I took a cheap set of press ons that temu threw in my last order and double dipped them in clear for strength, shaped them to the best of my ability to my own fingers, and put them on with dip base. The gapping was so terrible I had to fill in the undersides with dip top:( Quickly learned that flatter press ons on high arch nails means WIDE end results. UGH.

I will miss this challenge, but I am here for whatever you choose to do instead, too! Wasn't sure if I was gonna like this set but after seeing the whole thing finished, I kind of love it? The galaxy nails possibilities of that pouring oil are mind blowing. Can you imagine that same base color, but with blues, pinks, greens, and oranges on top? Oooohhhhhhhh.

It never fails to amaze me how much glitters and flakies and whatnot get put into these acrylic powders and dip powders--and they still work! The blue witchy one was my fave in this haul, but I still love what you did with the two you chose! Random thought: The dip process reminds me of marble artists. They find the right hunk of marble and carve the art out of it. The same thing is happening with dip, only we're building the material up and then carving out the perfect manicure. Nifty! Also, thank you for the in depth talk-through of how you do your filing. I found that to be really helpful:)

Marking myself safe from chunky glitter dip powders but man. It was a close call for a moment there--so pretty! 🌛

Here’s a tip: don’t glue tips to the practice hand. Silicone hands are expensive and you don’t want to ruin them. Just slide in the full covers, buff em, and glue half covers.

What comes to mind with this array of colors is "lickable." They really do have that candy vibrancy to them, and IMO, using them as frenchies was perfect! Like you've just barely dipped into the candy coating;)
