i bought a eqc a few weeks ago and i can say, wow it is the best car i ever owned. super quiet, luxury and it looks fantastic. I think it is a very good choice.
I bought an EQC a couple of weeks ago and I agree it's a fantastic car.i found the best setting for range is comfort mode with Regen braking on auto.to select it pull the + and - paddles till auto is selected.
I’ve seen a few reviewers say they prefer regen set to auto. Personally I really don’t like it. I hate the feeling of not being in full control of when the car will brake so instead I just use the paddles to manually shift between the strengths. That way I pretty much never have to touch the brakes. That’s the beauty of this car it gives you the choice so we can all select whatever we prefer!
Agreed although it depends on the ev. The bmw i3 is fully carbon neutral and if charged with green energy it’s far better than ICE…. But there’s still the issue of disposing of end of life batteries. It’s definitely not a perfect solution
@@Michael-q3s5b It would all be based on the car and wether or not the power for charge was green energy such as wind or solar. but generally speaking an ICE car with similar specs to this would pollute far more during it’s lifetime even if you charged you car using power from a fossil fuel power station. The great unknown is how are we disposing of the massive Lithium Ion batteries that power these cars and what damage is being caused by us mining for the minerals needed to make them? Personally I wouldn’t worry about it. Get an EV if you like it, if you don’t then don’t bother. Just hold out until they are mandatory.
You are a great talker and you speak nice and accurate and clear great 👍
Glad you think so!
Great review, keep it up. Just one recommendation would be to lose the static noise between cuts, it's unpleasant with headphones on.

Lovely car! But EVs are not environmentally friendly vehicles!

Depending on how it is charged how is a combustion engine any more environmentally friendly than an E.V ?
