This brings back so many memories!! My sister and I both did 4H . She showed cows..Mostly dairy but every now and then beef. I was all horses. Years later my son started 4H and showed a little Jersey calf, got her bred and then showed beef dairy cross. Im 49 and I still get the show bug this time of year. Dani did great. Nice steer.
I finished all my 4-H showing.😔 I showed a black heifer with white on it named Sarah we got third for showmanship and whent into the showmanship finals sadly we didn't place for the finals. But I'm still proud. Good job Dani you looked like a professional.
@26Ryder H What are you trying to prove? All shows are different. Some pick out the top 3, some pick out the top 2, some are relentless and only let the first place-getters into the finals. People can also show different animals, what does it matter if they have a horse as a profile picture? They can also show cattle, or pigs, or sheep, anything. It doesn't matter. Don't try to one-up people, if you don't care that Maisie made it to third, then we don't care about the junior regionals. Grow up.
Aw! That is so cute! I can’t believe I’m this early! Your steer is so cute! Who else liked the video before they even watched the video because her videos are the best!❤️🤠🐴 you did AMAZING!
I am currently getting ready for my first year of 4-H with my pig. You and Noro did AMAZING! I do not think I could ever do that good with a steer! Congrats!
Your a really great showman, the judge has some really good pointers for you. A couple more tips are maybe you can step away a little bit from your animal so the judge can get a real good look at him. Also ALWAYS look like your having fun even if your calf is acting up for any reason.Other than that your future as a cattle showman is super bright!
Aw well-done xxxx you did amazing Your my favourite youtuber Dani xxx I can't say I know you because I don't I only know the TH-cam you...But keep up the good work and good luck Xxx
Makayla Lowe Be confident in the show ring! I was always super nervous in the ring but then once I got comfortable I started to do better! 😊 Good luck!
Your steer is so cute! I was wondering, what is the purpose of that stick with the hook on it that you use? Is it for helping set your cow up? I have no experience with cows so idk anything🙈.
Livestock with Kati We work with them a lot, pretty much every day when we first get them, then several times a week, then about a month before shows every day again. And they still kick sometimes! Mine just got me in the thigh a few weeks ago! Lol

I am about to do my first Jackpot show, actually first show period. And I am freaking out a little, so do you have any advice for me and my cow Jules?
Makayla Lowe Be confident in the show ring! I was always super nervous in the ring but then once I got comfortable I started to do better! 😊 Good luck!

Amaya Fuller It’s called a show stick! We use them to set of the feet and to scratch them while in the show ring, helps them stay calm! 😊
@26Ryder H now that I see this second comment I realise you're a horrible little kid. Have fun making and keeping friends with that attitude.
Where did you get that foamer? 3:24
Would you or have you have you ever shown pigs before?
+Kanimations I haven’t and I’ve been thinking about! We’ll see! I’m pretty busy with the lambs, steer, goats and horses though!
I know I’m late but why did Gwen walk backwards? Very curious since I only have beef cattle and not dairy cattle
Dairy cattle showman always walk backwards ,for what reason mot sure but that's how they show with dairy cattle
Yeah, I only show beef cattle. Is that something you do with dairy cattle?
Say something if you want to talk

Livestock with Kati We work with them a lot, pretty much every day when we first get them, then several times a week, then about a month before shows every day again. And they still kick sometimes! Mine just got me in the thigh a few weeks ago! Lol
