From a business standpoint, be careful with allergens in ingredients and be very particular with food safety. As someone with lots of food allergies, it makes a huge difference when I know that a place uses proper separation of their foods. I once had an allergic reaction from ice cream because of the water basin. Yikes. Just try to be upfront about how there could be contact with allergens . It will help your customer base feel protected. Great video as always!🥰😁😁🦻🦻

Ok so I'm gonna be honest I work in a little food spot where I live and I have no real idea how I'd handle someone being allergic to something never really got properly trained what to do in that case I'd be more comfortable not serving the person to be safest

Hey Dylan, life can be like Ice Cream sometimes. You start off as a liquid in a bladder waiting to pop off, but you have to chill in the freezer for a WHILE to get yourself ready for action. Then someone comes, picks you up, throws you on a hard cold stone. Then you get a bunch of other challenges AKA toppings thrown at you. And just when you think you're done, you get chop-chopped and fold-folded. Then you're ready. Ready to be consumed and excreted by a person with an ice cream addiction. Here's an idea. Make it as magical as possible. You want people to remember it. If you've watched Harry Potter, try thinking of it like Fred and George's joke shop. Like lots of colour and just an experience on its own. Idk just a suggestion

My polite request is a variety of vegan options. One place near me has a whole freezer of vegan options and so many of their sauces are also vegan and it’s so useful. Getting into the nondairy options forces creativity but it can be so good.
I don’t have many ideas… But just make sure you have LOTS Of napkins EVERYWHERE. And use lots of yellow because it’s a good color. 👂 Oh! Also! You should make mint chocolate Chip cookie dough. Because I hate having To get the two separately, as the vanilla In the cookie dough always makes the mint less minty. Wow, I guess I lied… I did have a few ideas… Sorry

My mom and sister both have celiac disease and which makes them very sick if they eat gluten and if they ate it too much it could also lead to serious health problems and they could potentially end up in the hospital. So no, most of the time it isn’t just a marketing ploy.
