For anyone curious about upgrading the buttons and stick with something like Sanwa parts or whatever, it's not really possible.
I've opened mine up and all the buttons are soldered directly into a PCB. The stick could feasibly be upgraded as the wiring just uses standard plug in terminations, but the mounting points are non-standard and you'd need to drill holes into the case and have bolts showing at the top of the controller.
The stock stick and buttons are perfectly fine though and you're not going to have trouble with missed inputs. It might be a cheapy controller, but it's a high quality cheapy controller with the added plus of it looking like something you'd buy in an electronics shop in 1995.

This stick actually looks very decent and good quality. Expecting to be crap cos of the price but no. Btw the stick cover is meant to move like that, if you glue it down you won't be able to move the stick.

I would install a sanwa JLF lever, an eight-way restrictor gate, a bat-top and hayabusa buttons into the PXN Mini arcade stick controller.
Just order me one today can’t wait to see how this feel

Diagonal input isn't accurate at all, it's soo hard to do left shoryuken, double quarter circle or any special that use diagonal-down like in tekken or Dead or alive.
Hard to modif.

I have this stick. Unfortunately, the green (Y, Triangle) button is faulty. It works maybe 50% of the times.
Is there any way to repair it?
I've opened the case and the buttons are soldered. I don't think you can swap buttons.
It had a very short life.
I'm not sure these types of controllers are designed to be repaired easily. It's a problem with most electronics.
@@KevinMuldoon I took it to a technician yesterday.
He couldn't find parts for this controller, and the only option he gave me was to swap the faulty button with a healthy but less used button from the same controller.
So now my R2/RT is faulty, but I can play most games without issue lol. 🤷🏽♂️

Has anyone figured out how to choose what the pc recognizes it as? For example, at first it was detected as a Nintendo switch pro, then one day i unplugged it and re plugged it mid game and from then on Steam detected it as a xbox 360 controller which sucks because I lost all my custom profiles for it since it is now a "different" controller
How do you get it to connect to ps4
@@jamiewalden3957 The stick has a port in the back, you see it? You plug a PS4 controller you've already used on your console and then you plug the stick on your console (not by itself).
It should connect then, and once it works you don't need to do it again, just the first time
Some games don't work with it like golf. Can't move it left or right

the thing with the stick is that tiny circle piece is meant to come out if you glue it down you cant move it

Yeah you should be able to connect to your PC and play on Steam.
can i use this on retroarch on my modded ps3 to play retro games
Do you have any idea if it works on mac osx? If so, I will get one to play Open Emu.. If it worked on the xbox 360 as well i'd get two and be done with it.. I have decided to use the switch with it, I have worked out how to do it without docking, with a little usb hub. All good. But I really need mac support.
I am not sure if it is compatibl with Mac. I don't have a Mac to test.

Hi sir, how to use the macro function in pxn arcade stick? I can't find the information anywhere else.
I'm not sure. I don't recall testing this myself
First press the macro button and then press L3/SL or R3/SR. After that "slowly" use the stick and buttons to enter the directions and button presses for what you want to do and when done press the macro button again.
Press the button you set the macro on and you should see the character do what you set.

That's sounds broken.
@@Mountainlion118 Yes, however it's not as useful as it sounds since you would need to set the motions on both sides to each button and your own movements would still break the inputs when playing a fighting game. it would be better to use the macro in other types of games to help with something instead.

If you have a PS4, could you perhaps try it on that and see if it plays the same and everything. I just want to make sure that when I connect the controller to the arcade stick and then connect the arcade stick to the PS4, it won't have any input delay

It's in Germin, but you can auto-translate to any language you want. He plays Street Fighter V on the PS4 with it and seems happy with it.

In theory it should, but I haven't tested it yet.

So frustrating.. This is now the same price as the wireless 8bitdo N30 was.. but that is sold out everywhere so people are asking 100's for it.. no jokes.. an amazon seller is asking $500 for one to ship to Australia.. Just a few months back I could have had it 68 AUD delivered (around 48 USD). I need something wireless for the switch because it's too hard to use something wired in tabletop mode.. Any ideas? Lesson learned.. when something is available at a good price, just buy it..
It isn't worth hundreds. I have no doubt there many better alternatives out there if you do have to spend more.

@@KevinMuldoon I am in Australia... a wireless arcade stick is what I need.. I already have a pro controller and an SN30 pro.. but i have no sticks and have never owned an arcade stick actually.. With the huge library of arcade and neo geo stuff I have bought for my switch, i'd love one.

This arcade stick requires you to connect your PS4 controller to it to play on the PS4. It works directly with the PS3 and PC.

It's a good controller, but there are many good alternatives on the market now. For example, 8Bitdo has a good arcade stick out now.

I've just checked the instructions for you.
For PS4 it says:
1. Use USB cable to connect original PS4 controller to arcade fight stick's USB port (port off the controller).
2. Plug the USB cable of the joystick into the PS4 USB interface and then power on the PS4 controller.
So basically you need to connect your ps4 controller to the arcade stick and then connect the arcade stick to your PS4.

You had me super excited until I saw the button layout, not having all your kicks and punches in a row is a HUGE deal breaker. Not to mention other reviews say sticky buttons and latency
Yeah the layout is a little different to what you'd normally see.
