@Michael_DCA thank you and I am so happy that the video helped. I also love the 767s and was excited to be able to do this video. What’s interesting is that to do these videos without disturbing others you have to get on early in the pre board and work fast. Which seat/seats did you pick?
Thank you so much for your kind words. This is exactly what I made these videos for. Good luck with your two year olds first long haul. We used to always buy and bring new small toys that our child had not seen before. Bring two or three new items and at least one will be a hit.
Great video! Flying on the 763 again in a few weeks, not the high J version though. I picked 3L, I typically pick 3, 5 or 9L in that order. avoiding anything missing windows (7L) or 1L being close to the galley. I know the bulkhead has a bigger footwell but I'm short anyway so would rather it be dark and quiet lol. On the 763's I recommend starboard window seats, because see how the middle seats have a long wall on it where as the other side is more open? This is super private for the window seats, you see the middle passengers feet and that's about it!
@AirportBeer THANK YOU. I totally share your views on priority of seat choices! 3L is probably my favorite. Relative to starboard side seats ALWAYS by virtue of the fact that most people are right handed and carry their bags on their right. So the Port side passengers really get blasted with hand luggage. On twin aisle planes, I find that more people enter at port aisle so that the starboard aisle is often less traveled. Finally, I like have an L or K on my boarding pass as it reminds me I am not on another crappy 737.
That’s a good point about the baggage I’ve never thought of that. I do notice It with the port aisle being busier during boarding though. But I am not super bothered by people walking by during boarding especially in Polaris because the odd window seats are so secluded. I also enjoyed the informative history of the 767. I prefer the 777 most of the time but with this Polaris config being 1-1-1 I think the 767 has a slight edge for solo travelers in Polaris.
Nice Video! Thank you for sharing and your recommendations.
Thank you for your kind words and glad that you enjoyed it. These videos are tough because you have to get on early and move very fast.
Thanks for helping me pick Polaris seats! Love the 763's.

Great video for helping me pick out seats for my family. It’s my two year old’s first long haul and business class flight.

Going to Paris in May. I picked 7F & 8L. I would like to be closer to the window but I have to keep my other half happy!
Paris in May is fantastic! I like your 7F&8L combination. I really enjoy the Polaris product!
You move the camera way too much in circles. Couldn’t watch after the first 2 minutes unfortunately
Sorry to hear that. These videos are very hard to do in that you have to board very early and have hundreds of people literally on your heels.
