If you are not at a certain level skill-wise at this game then you're probably gonna be poorly equipped to do well at this game; and due to the poor lag comp profile of Apex you'd do better playing on the New York or another >100ms ping server, where you are compensated adequately. Try the New York server on a Saturday night, the difference is like chalk n cheese.
True my season 4 combo has been hemlok and prowler. if you get those 2 fully kitted, they shred instantly. And idk why i have been getting so many select fires at the start so its been amazing

I haven't been able to get good with wingman or longbow but I know that they're equally as good. And The flatline has failed me many times. I'm just not a fan

People are missing the “accidental” buff to the prowler in season 4. Switching the longbow to sniper ammo allows people to use them together without fear of burning out of ammo. I would actively avoid using the prowler/longbow combo leading up to season 4 because the prowler dumps heavy so fast that it would put me in a tough spot. Now I can run out of heavy mid-fight and finish the fight with a consistent rifle. We’re living the dream in season 4!

I rarely if not never pick up the prowler. But here recently I picked it up and got a select fire on it and had a R-99 along with it. I ended up getting an 8 kill game. Half of those being with the prowler. So I would recommend it over the R-99

Prowler and the R99 have the almost same DPS. Prowler has better magzine size with extended mag and also can shoot long range . But R99 has a better fire rate
The thing is that Prowler is better than R-99 becouse by my experience if you have full equiped Prowler with R-99 side by side Prowler have more ammo and bit higher damege and I thing same rate of fire.

I LOVE the Prowler :) it's an amazing gun. The only thing it doesn't hold a candle to when comparing to the R-99 is the fire rate. Otherwise, being able to down two full health players with a single level 3 mag is absolutely amazing. Try doing that with the R-99. I will usually only use it if I have the select fire though. I can swap between burst and full auto, but I don't like being stuck on burst. I'll pick the R-99 only if it's off drop and I can't find a select fire. I'm glad that you've come around to using the Prowler mate :)

R99/Prowler has been my combo since before Octane update. It’s just a shred beyond all others. If you competent team mates, even if YOU don’t get the kill, it’s almost an unfair gunfight as to how quickly shields drop in a scramble.

I'll either pair it witha peacekeeper or an R-99 so when empty a clip into someone you can either finish them with a massive peacekeeper blast or melt their face with the R-99!b oh and nothing beats the Prowler with the Digy Threat on it!
If I have a good primary like the scout, or R301, I will prefer the Prowler over the 99. The slower fire rate, and extra damage don't hurt you as bad with missed shots. Especially with the lower round count on the 99 now. I haven't played a ton of games in S4 so far, but I haven't even found a damn Prowler yet. Hemloks all over though.

In a close gunfight with the R99 and the Prowler(assuming most of the shots hit), the R99 is gonna melt that person faster then the Prowler. So if you have great accuracy take the R99, but if your accuracy isn’t too great take the Prowler. Hope it helps✌🏻

Rich's "warm up" game is 3.4k damage, 14 kills. My warm up game consists of me dying right at the drop with 14 damage and no kills 😂
