The main thing is the spoiler has both kitty’s approval and that’s all that matters, but for real looks so good though. 🔥🔥

*Big THANKS for this really helpful video!* I decided to order a spoiler for my TT after seeing your video.
On the forums that I read, it cost hundreds of dollars for parts of all kinds (1000$ without spoiler) ... and you, simply use 6 screws!

Thanks for this video. Watching it gave me the encouragement to get mine fitted too 🙂. I'll admit that the drilling holes in my car part was the tough bit LOL. Also just worked with Carista team on adding the option to stop the rear wing raising to their app too - really amazing support from that team for sure.

    Good job!
If it's similar to the Mk2 then the spoiler (that you drilled) is different to the raisable one you had, has a metal plate/bracket which is probably why the bolts were too long.

  • @julianr9873

Hi, I note that the ODB11 has a code to deactivate the spoiler from retracting when your speed goes below 75mph. Does OBD also have a code to deactivate the spoiler from automatically rising which it does above 75mph as that would not be good if you have an aftermarket spoiler fitted on top of the original spoiler.

@@unprofessionalmechanic8466 Firstly I would code in the spoiler to see if it actually has a motor and it works whilst the fixed one is attached. If it does have one then you can buy a replacement panel without the holes to fit. Good luck
