Run CMD as administrator and run the command [regsvr32 “C:\SProV8i SS6\STAAD\Dll1893.dll”] to register 1893 manually.

Bro Fx ,Fy,Fz which is axial load

fx, fy, fz all can be considered as axial load depending on which member they are acting. for column fy is axial load whereas for beam depending upon the axis of symmetry fx and fz in considered as axial load.
this explaination is based on the reaction whereas for udl and point load its not necessary that they need to act axially.
in case of applied load base shear is considered as axial load.
