This is a special one! We've had two nights on the ferry. But only a few hours in foggy Malmö. Feel free to comment on what we missed or what we should see on our next visit to Malmö.👇🏼
Pity about the weather! I recently did the same trip in the other direction, went from Malmö, spent the day in Lübeck and went home the same evening - without the car. A great cruise, though it was chilly in March but at least we had no fog and prbably better beer! Though I was very surprised to learn that there was no local Lübeck beer.
That's great that you did the same trip! 🙂 I just looked it up and it seems that Brauberger is a local beer for example. But in Germany in many restaurants you will find only some beers from large and nation-wide breweries, especially in the northern part of Germany.
I don't get why would you take your camper van on the fairy when you have a cabin for the night on the fairy and just the daytime to have stroll in the city of Malmö?! Malmö is more fun in summer when people hang out on the beach promenade and jump into the sea. The Turning Tower has an interesting architecture, but is a residential building which you usually can't access and visit inside.
Hi, we took our van on the ferry because we had to travel to the port and from Trelleborg to Malmö as well. In addition, it was included in the fee. Yeah, that sounds great! We've found it would be interesting to see the Turning Torso. But it was so foggy...
