I would never have though to get out one stop before Central station. This is such a great tip. I will be visiting Copenhagen next year and was looking for some day trips. This is so helpful. Thank you
Im traveling to Copenhagen from England this coming weekend and i will definitely be taking this trip when i am there.. thank you for the information :)
I done it today, twice now. Its brilliant also visit Lund too, it's only about 15mins train time to Lund. Worth visiting. Lots to do in Malmo and easy to walk around.
Yeah, there is actually a spot further north where they are even closer, but there is no bridge there, only a ferry. Either way, very easy to get from one to the other!
Is the ticket round trip to get on any train coming back? Or do you need to buy another ticket for the way back? I’ve been to a few places where close cities give you the option to buy round trip for the day 😊
There may be some stores there that accept Danish Krone instead of Swedish Krona. I wouldn't bother to exchange your money. I used a credit card for everything and didn't have any issues.
All great! But the proper English pronunciation of Copenhagen is pronouncing the ‘a’ like you do in “table.” You could also say “Coben-haun” (like hound without the d) spelled København. 😊
Thanks for the video. We’re going to Copenhagen so we might do this same trip to Malmo.
Miss Malmö after watching this video, was there a lot in my youth.
Beautiful video of a beautiful city...
Thank you!
Very informative, and looks like a great day trip!
Thanks, it’s a great option if you have the time.

Glad it was helpful! You’ll have a great trip!
@@growingglobalcitizens thank you, I arrive in 3 weeks so I am exited. Are there bathrooms and free WIFI on the train to Malmo?
@@35Justme1 Hmm, I don't remember but I've found that even when trains have wifi it doesn't actually work half the time.

I have done this trip. The Oresund bridge is awesome. I don't like the crowd in Malmo, but the city has great architecture and history,
I love crowd❤ Malmö is my type of city all vibes
I never considered this 2-in-1 trip option. Cool!
This is very useful. I will be visiting malmo next week. Thank you. Would like to see more local attractions in Copenhagen and malmo
Thanks. I’m working on a short video about Copenhill that will hopefully be out in the next week :)
@@growingglobalcitizens looking forward to it
Thank you for the video!! 😊
You’re very welcome!
Thank you for some handy tips!
You’re very welcome!
I've been to both countries but not sure I realized they were this close together!

Yes, You can choose one way or round trip when you buy it and it’s for any train with no specified time.
Hi, thanks for the video! How often and how late do the trains run? Where can we find the schedule?
They run all day and night, very often during peak times. Here’s a link with more info: www.oresundstag.se/en/travel-information/buy-ticket/
@ thank you!!
Välkomna från Köpenhamn till Malmö 😊❤❤❤
Will the Danish Krone be accepted in Malmo, or must I use Swedish currency?

@@growingglobalcitizens Thank you for the information!
Better you use SEK or your cards. Don't use the DKK in Sweden. They won't accept it.
@@KingsWorld2015 Thanks. I did use my card.
Super video but all these landmarks in Malmo should be written in video, once they appear... Now I don't know what are they.
Thanks for your feedback. I’ve been doing that for my more recent videos, so it’s good to know it’s helpful.
