Awesome! Thanks for sharing, Galen! 🙏 Although my TOR days are behind me, I still remember the passion that drove me to one day finish the entire loop, which I finally did on my third attempt. It was a wonderful, but all-consuming, bubble to be in. 😂 Thanks for making this series and sharing your reflections and tips. 😍 Best of luck for your 2024 'grand spectacle' in Aosta! 👏🤩🇨🇦
Amazing! Nice keeping with it to become a Geant! Yes, definitely all consuming for sure. It's takes so much in every aspect to finish the Tor. Thanks so much! and thank you for watching.
What a fantastic video and story. I am going to catch up on the episodes I’ve not yet seen but am wrapped to have seen this instalment and to learn of your incredible adventures!
This is AWESOME Galen! I'm going to be glued to social media in hopes that I can track your run. You brought up a great point in the video, the race experience to register is not super intuitive. I'd love to hear if you have any feedback on what to do, when to register, and ultimately how to improve my chances of getting into the lottery for 2025. Super geeked for you! Lets GOOOO!!!
Thanks, John! There is live tracking, but I must warn you that it can be very boring! That's a great question. I'm going to dig into it a bit and will get back to you!
@@GalenRun Not a big fan of signing up for races to garner points in hopes of getting into a lotto, LOL! A friend of mine told me to look into SwissPeaks 360 as well. Here's to hoping I get into one of those. Next year I'm doing a 100 in March, the inaugural AZ Monster 300 in April, and Ouray 100 in July. Would be awesome to wrap things up w/ TOR 330.
@@GalenRun I just got my Passport renewed. I'm currently scheduled for The Arizona Monster 300 in early April and Ouray in July. I'd love to do TOR 330, but unsure if I can swing it and my body will bounce back in 2-months to run another brutal course. The plan as of now is to get out there in September.
Your feats and race record at this race are amazin but i have to say this : If i ever congratuate a podium finisher and his response is `nah, it was rubbish` i would thought what a idiot :D Its quite disrespectful to everyone involved actually..So if anyone congratulates you again, you know what to do haha..best of luck
Thanks and thanks for watching. I agree! It was a rubbish attitude and way to look at the race. I was just so focused on only one thing - I couldn't see the forest for the trees. Won't happen again!

Great recap and amazing shots throughout. Bon voyage for this years edition!
That's all credit to the content team from the Tor. Thanks for watching
